“The best car wash in town. Great service and the best customer service anywhere. The manager Ashley is the friendliest and so are some of the staff Zach, Jamie, and Rudy are the ones who help me the most when I visit”

“The Linwood/Bertkouns location is my favorite. The manager is so sweet and professional. I have witnessed her be mistreated on numerous occasions by some of the trashiest humans in Shreveport but she still shows up and does the job correctly. I’m a proud member of Xpress CarWash.”

“I went here to get my car cleaned and vacuum and the agent Cat was very helpful i have anxiety and i asked could they drive my car through for me and she explained they couldnt but she will walk through will my car went through and she did just that she was sweet thank you Cat!!!”
“Went by this evening 11/4, the employee at the gate and the two young men at the car wash entrance were extremely pleasant and took excellent care of me and my truck. No complaints at all.”
“I frequent this car wash and oil service often. I have always had a great experience! Today was absolutely amazing! From the minute I got out of my car in the oil change bay, 3 very nice gentleman with smiles on their faces, greeted me kindly. As I approached the door to go inside the building, 2 nice gentleman greeted me and opened the door for me. Inside, the lovely lady running the register greeted me and apologized for their construction and showed me the way for seating. When my oil change was complete, the nice gentleman took my receipt for a car wash ahead of time so that the gate would be open when I pulled around. Every single employee that I came in contact with were very pleasant! It definitely makes your day a little brighter when you see people happy to be at work without an attitude! I will definitely be back!”
“Great car wash- speedy service and they always have drying towels and cleaners available. The vacuums work well too! Would recommend the subscription- it was so easy and you could pull right in.”

“If you need a vehicle detailed go here They are the best and very thorough. I was recommended and I’m very pleased. Had the works done including shampoo carpet. Wonderful customer service too. 10 stars.”
“I just got into Shreveport from a highway road trip with my car looking dusty and the front of my grill covered in bugs. Looking for a hand car wash place, Google led me to Superior. It may not look like much from the road, but I was thoroughly impressed, and with my high standards, that's saying a lot.
Though the gentleman didn't greet me with a smile, what he lacked in friendliness, he more than made up for in his attention to detail. Not a dust particle or bug wing was left on my car after he washed it. My windows were wiped clean until they sparkled. But can I mention my wheels??!! This man sat on a bucket and individually washed and wiped between every spoke. My blue calipers were blueing!! I'm always complaining about the half asz job detailers do on my wheels - this man left no crumbs. Very affordable for such an impeccable job. My only complaint is that I don't live here to make Superior Hand Washing my permanent detailer.”
“Absolutely best decision I've made in a long time. My truck was beyond filthy and out came out looking new. Plus the added bonus of some world class bar-b-que while you wait. You can't beat it!”
“I’ve been going to this place for 20+ years and I just went back after moving out of town. I got the basic wash and it was a phenomenal experience yet again. My SUV hasn’t looked this good in years. The interior is impeccable and they get out all the dog hair in my black carpets. I was seriously impressed. They have such attention to detail with your dash and windows for just a simple basic wash. Def worth the affordable price. 11/10 recommend.”
“One of the best RV wash experience we have ever had!
Great staff, a well oiled machine! Staff looked like a great team and had fun doing thier job! Highly recommend!”

“Best self-service car wash in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. Most car washes in the local area are automatics with brushes or actual detailing shops. Love having the opportunity to do it first-hand. Really would like to have more time for $2 worth of quarters. Seems like one good time around is it?. But it’s not too many options for a well kept wash place around town.”

“Nothing is free except….at Xpress it might be. I visited the car wash one evening this week and when the guy told me the system was down, I was momentarily bummed because my car really needed a wash. I even offered to pay with cash but he told me it was on the house. WOW!! Thanks for the great service.”
