“This is a great store with a huge selection of everything from books to clothes to cookware! The employees are so welcoming and the store is always clean and neat. They have great bargains on some name brands too! I try to check them out at least once a week so I don’t miss out on anything!!! From genuine smiles and great listening skills to true care for customer experience, it’s my favorite.I have needed help numerous times during the busy holiday season and never once was I made to feel like my request was too much. At one point multiple staff members were searching for a small nutcracker ornate for me and every staff member was cheerful and truly concerned when we could not locate it.The coffee and food is always on point and hits the spot for a friend meet up, a meeting, or a quick lunch break. I enjoy the children’s books reading with my grandchildren & their late night releases. I love the smell of fresh printed books, so they really had me from “Hello”.”
