They tried to be helpful. Unfortunately no one told me the 10' truck did not have a ramp. I learned an expensive lesson and did not accomplish the desired result.

They changed the pick up location which added milage and raised the cost. Otherwise, quick and friendly service.

Overall it was a good experience. Some.of the associate do need to be more friendly ( service with a smile). And explain how the process works.
