Delivery drivers from Shreveport are horrible!!! I have sat inside my house and watched them throw my packages onto my porch. This wasn't just on one occasion, it is nearly every time I have a delivery from UPS. I end up with busted cans inside my packages, my husband and I order water and energy drinks every 2 weeks. Every order there are multiple cans busted open in each package. When I stopped the driver and said something about it, he just looked at me and said none of them are busted. I hate that they are who deliver my Amazon packages.....

UPDATE YOUR HOURS OR JUST CLOSE! This place is the biggest waste of time. They are ALWAYS closed during business hours. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s multiple times a week, closed for hours at a time DURING it’s posted hours on the door and online. Always. And there’s no way to know before coming if someone will magically be there. You just have to throw the dice and drive here. Sometimes signs will be on the door saying they’ll be back at 3pm or 5pm(they won’t be, trust me I have waited and no one shows up). If you need to ship anything don’t waste your time coming here. Go to literally any other FEDEX, USPS or UPS store in town and they will be open when they say they are.

Apparently if you live in apartments and no one home you can't receive your packages they will return seller...had to take off a day of work...i went to 2 different locations twice trying to find my packages...I will NOT BE Using UPS and TRASH SERVICE at this facility.

They stayed open for us to get our packages that they didn’t leave at our house . After they left the same items 3 days before but for some reason would not leave the next order .. so we had to drive 30miles 4 times to get our packages that was very important job important ..but that’s the big brown for ya . Picked a good color toDescribe their service. Thanks again for the excellent work.

ABSOLUTELY Terrible customer service. We have a regular scheduled pick up time M-F every week. drivers never show up on time. Local center in shreveport never answers the phones.

Yesterday driver returned package to sender. The reason receiver no longer lives at address on label. I have lived at said address for 12 years and have no intentions of moving. Ups worst service ever, drivers need more training on finding address.

Service was good but the employees park everywhere the blocked all handicapped spots even the marked spot in between handicapped spots and all customer spots had to park at rear end of lot

Ups has the worst reputation for deliveries. Yesterday they showed an exception on my package. Reason receiver no longer lives at address. I have lived here for 12 years and have no plans on moving. So who knows why driver gave that reason. Worst service ever.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The package was supposed to be delivered to my door 2/22/23. The delivery driver drove to my house, backed up then kept going. This was at 4:00pmCST. I was standing in the window, and I have him on camera performing such action. I waited to see if he was coming back, he didn’t. Around 4:40pm my UPS app was updated to say that the driver “Attempted to Deliver” my package. This was a lie as the driver drove by and kept going he did not get out. I contacted Customer Care and was told they’d contact dispatch at this location to contact the driver to attempt to redeliver same day and to wait 1 hour for a callback with an update. 1 hour passes no phone call back. I call in again they said they attempted to call but they didn’t as I had to call them first and they said there is nothing they could do but reschedule it for next day delivery which would be 2/23/23. That day comes and my UPS app hasn’t been updated to show “Out for Delivery” so I call in again and they tell me the next day 2/24/23. I’ve reached out to 3 different “supervisors” and none of them have been able to reach this location to get an update as to when and how I’m going to get this package so we don’t know where this package is.

I would rate negatives is possible. Driver claims to drop package on my front door. 1 minute after delivered no package outside my door. Didn’t ring the bell or anything just drove off. Went around the whole neighborhood and unable to even see a box dropped at any door. They were unable to reach the driver for a whole 24 hours then claimed he attempted to check if the package was delivered (how if you never delivered the package). Customer service belittled the situation as they claim my issue was 1 of many on their to do list. poor employees being hired to steal packages and be dishonest. Worst experience
