Went to drop off a Amazon return at the self kiosk. When I scanned the barcode the kiosk said see attendant as the item couldn't be returned in plastic bag. There was a line out the door so I decided to return later. When I went back and told Tyler what happened he explained that the label always prints at the kiosk. I explained no the kiosk gave me see attendant message. He said so you didn't see attendant? Very rude and started yelling at me and was very insulting. saying I was questioning his knowledge. He yelled at me as I was going out the store with my package. I will just go to another store going forward. Tyler doesn't need to working with the public. Lance has always been a good person every time I have went in there but he needs a different staff member than Tyler.

Just called to have a package delivered to a local UPS store the young lady Jessica who answered the phone told me to call UPS I said isn’t this UPS and she stated yes but you have to call the distribution center I asked for the number and she said “ I don’t have the number just google it plus I have a customer in front of me”. Ok then when I called back to ask where the distribution center was located the second person also had a complete attitude. Look if you are tired or having a bad day stay at home no one deserves your attitude. How do you work at UPS and do not have the number to other stores. This is ridiculous maybe they both should take a customer service refresher.

Chelsea is super rude and disrespectful. She does not deserve a job in customer service at all. Not to mention, lance has not corresponded with me for two days pertaining to the same shipping error, and every time I call he is “on lunch” in two hour increments on a daily basis haha ! they messed up time sensitive documents that I had just paid $30.00 to get notarized by lance. I need answers on where the hell my shipment is at! this store is horrible and doesn’t deserve anyone’s business.

After receiving continually rude service at the Bossier City location, I ended up at Line Ave on a day Bossier was closed. Boy am I glad I did!!! I will NEVER go back to the Bossier location unless I have absolutely no choice. Line Ave has my business from now on- I'll drive the extra 6 miles.
