The sales associate Taylor was super helpful when it came to making an upgrade for our family plan. She was patient and had us in and out within 30 minutes. She also took the time to get us the max trade-in value which was really appreciated! Thanks for the great service!

Terrible customer service and management. Stole my phone! I have tried to work with store and Verizon for over a year. Turned my phone in for credit and my phone came up missing and I did not get my credit. Management will not return calls. They told me they could not pull cameras then said they were pulling cameras. I requested upper management call me never returned call. I’m out 600+ and no communication from store. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Went to get my phone switched over to Verizon and the worker didn’t have a clue to what she was doing. The manager started to help her then just stormed out and said “I’m off” so she proceeded to try and switch over my phone without my permission or without calling AT&T and locked my phone completely out of AT&T system and in opt in their system. Now I have no phone until I figure this problem out with AT&T. Worst customer service EVER.

Samantha was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem as well as presented new replacement equipment. It was a delight having her help me.

Great experience, Samuel is definitely the person to see. Was in Shreveport, La, phone messed up and I was in and out of Verizon within approximately 30 minutes with a new phone in hand. He had my phone transferring info from old phone as I was walking out the door. My mom was in the hospital and he new I was from out of town and had to get back to hospital and took care of me. I appreciate the kindness he showed to me and I appreciate his help. Will definitely go back to that store and sincerely hope he still works there.

I can't get my money returned to me that came off my card. Verizon says it is not owed to me cause the transaction didn't go through. I am sure it is not a store issue it is something else but I am trying to get answers and no one will answer the phone at the store?.The email address in the reply is not valid.?
