Was there to set up new phone after mine got lost. Took two and a half hours! We were treated like we stole it. Photo ID was shown but that wasn't enough. We were asked to send a selfie to who knows where from our email. To do this the phone needed to be activated but they wouldn't. The whole process was unbelievable. We will be switching soon.

The wait time is ridiculous! I Was there for an hour and a half before being helped. And on top of that they are not very nice or welcoming. Would definitely choose another store if available.

Marcus and his team were nothing short of Amazing! They were so helpful and kept me updated on my place in line. We are truly satisfied with the service and I love my new free iPhone 14 !

This place is a joke. Was inside 30 minutes before anyone told me to scan the board to make an appointment. I made an appointment for an hour later. I show back up to sit for an hour. Zero customer service, laziness, and piss poor management. I was told if my appointment was at 2 that doesn’t mean I’ll be helped at 2, it just means I’ll be close to being helped soon. Well an hour later nobody helped us so we left. I’ll be telling all of my friends and family not to do business at this place.

Mr Marcus was great and had excellent customer service. TreVeon Did amazing Answering Questions For A Customer was great, and He Held His Composure during my issue that was resolved I will be back y’all were great

No employee meets customers at the door anymore. You walk in and you stand there. And stand there. Nobody greets you, nobody asks if u need help..nothing. then if you get upset or "disrespectful", they walk away and make some other employee deal with u. I was actually told I was being "nasty". So, yeah, wont ever go back in there again.

I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 16 years. I stopped by this location on a Monday afternoon to ask a few questions before upgrading my phone. This should have been quick and easy. This used to be the BEST location, what happened?!? After more than an hour of waiting and like others have mentioned, watching people come in and get helped before others who had been waiting, I finally left. If this is what it is like to be a Verizon customer then this may be the eye-opener I need to switch companies. Save yourself an afternoon and don't bother coming to this location.

The WORST Verizon store I’ve ever been to. I will be contacting corporate about this location because from the looks of the previous reviews, nothing has been done about the “problem”.My husband and I went in on 7/28 with a 6mo baby mind you. The store was slow, only about 2 customers. We were greeted by an employee and asked what we needed, gave him our information and he asked the same questions way too many times. He had a damn tablet in his hand clicking what we need but I guess he couldn’t remember. ? while he’s filling out the Info plenty of people start to come in the store, I’d say 10 or more! No one is helped.. there’s a guy at customer service desk just chitchatting with someone and the “manager” was no where to be found.The guy helping us said he was going to go print off the quotes.. well we sat down and waited for a bit and I was getting anxious that none of the people standing around had been helped. I went to the front to see what was taking so long to print two papers, and again no one to be found. So I walked to the back where employees would be and sure enough the two men are in the print room just talking!! Nothing is printing no papers are on the printer nothing in his hand. So that tells me the job wasn’t getting done. They walk out with me and I told them nevermind that we are leaving and we will wait for the next iPhone to come out. I should’ve been the voice for the others waiting because I own a business and that is definitely not how my employees treat customers. The manager and his sidekick need to be FIRED and never work in customer service again!

This is the worst Verizon store I have ever been to. They botched our phone lines and (with the exception of Gage, he's wonderful) are extremely rude. The woman "helping" us today seemed more concerned about making sure it was her sale than actually helping. 3 hours to buy a phone and add a phone line. No one here seems to know what they're doing. Save yourself the headache of complete incompetence and maybe try the bossier location. This one is awful and genuinely makes me wish I would have switched phone companies after being with Verizon for 10 years.

This store is terrible. They had 5 people working but only one person was working and helping customers. I don’t recommend coming to this store. Order online or go somewhere else. We sat for over an hour waiting for help. Poor service.

After being Checked in me and my husband waited almost a hour before even being acknowledged, I had to go ask what was taking so long and keep getting the response it is 1 person ahead of you but with all the laughter and walking around everyone could have been help. This store has bad customer service and long wait times which I would never recommend.

I had to upgrade my phone yesterday unexpectedly. I arrived at the store at 6 pm (they closed at 7 pm). The associate JJ rushed me out of the store by 6:20 pm without transferring over my data or even opening the new phone to ensure it was working properly and activated. There is always a $35 activation/upgrade fee but he also charged me a $29.99 transfer fee and didn’t even attempt to transfer my data. Fast forward to today, I went back to the store in hopes to get my data transferred but because of the condition of my old phone they could not do any sort of transfer. JJ knew the condition of my old phone the night before and still charged me the fee. Today in speaking with the manager, Marcus, he tells me the fee is non-refundable. I experienced very poor customer service and basically $29.99 was stolen from me by JJ and Marcus refused to refund this. Marcus only offered “speaking” with JJ about it but never gave me a solution he wouldn’t even make eye contact with me when I was asking for assistance. The lady helping me today, Loveanna, attempted to also explain the situation to him and he did nothing.
