Wish I could give 0 stars. This is hands down the worst Walgreens. If it wasn’t for prescription availability I would never go here. I’d rather drive hours to a different pharmacy.

Customer service gets an F. Cashier holding an entire conversation on her cell phone while a line long as she ring up items. Miss the days customer service expectations were apart of hiring orientation

Go to CVS. Or sit in Walgreens' drive-thru for an Hour, not get your meds when the app says they're ready, be denied certain meds at the pharmacists discretion (not YOUR DRS!), get false notifs for meds then arrive to find they aren't actually filled...the list literally goes on and on and on...and TBH, the workers are extremely unprofessional and just RUDE! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE....

5 days ago I paid $438 online for prescriptions delivery & still haven't received meds; systems say it can't find my order??? Pharmacy won't answer calls. Wish I could give their services a minus rating.

If you value yourself or your loved ones health and expect your pharmacy to be in the least bit competent and able to fill prescriptions at all....PLEASE USE ANY PHARMACY OTHER THAN THIS ONE! The incompetent staff at this location puts people's lives in danger unnecessarily.Twice within the past few months my PCP has called in prescriptions for me that this Walgreens said they never received the call, only to admit to me a few days later that, in fact, they were wrong and DID have the prescriptions. How is this even possible with today's technology? The most recent occurrence was this past Sunday when I had contracted COVID, and my PCP called in my prescription to them not once, but twice. I spoke to the Pharmacy Manager several times and he told me that no one had called in ANY prescriptions for me to ANY Walgreens location.I had to get my doctor to change the prescription to CVS, and was able to pick up the meds within an hour.3 days later, the Pharmacy Manager from Walgreens called me back and told me they had finally found my prescriptions.I told the manager that this locations staff's incompetence was putting people's lives in danger, and I have moved all of my other recurring prescriptions to CVS and Line Avenue Pharmacy.Save yourself a HUGE headache, and don't let this Mickey Mouse pharmacy put your loved ones in danger. Use another pharmacy.

The two lines for the drive-thru pharmacy is possibly the dumbest idea. If you don't have two people, one working each lane, it's nothing but one staggered line (one that allows people to jump ahead if they end up in the shorter lane). That's exactly why it takes so freaking long in the drive-thru as compared to inside. Inside, two or three people are filling orders.....the drive has maybe one, one and a half.

Number one: don’t tell somebody an hour and a half on script filing if it’s gonna take you 2 hours or longer to complete. Instead of going the time, if you can’t guarantee it, just say we will let you know when it’s ready.Number two: if somebody drops off a script, why not verify their contact info and if they’re using insurance prior to accepting the script. Also see number one.

Get text and voicemail confirming prescriptions ready . Call and confirm. Drive there wait in line for 39 minutes get to window to be told nothing is ready .this is the 6 or 7th time this has happened. Drive thru clerk had an attitude served 5 other customers at other window before telling me I had to come back . Very flawed system.

After wasting hours this morning with the Walgreens website trying to schedule a Covid test, and waiting 72 minutes on hold, with only 2 callers ahead of me from the start of the wait, I was told ever so politely w/o as much as an apology, I had to schedule a testing appointment through their non-working website.Don't waste your time with this place!

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE PHARMACY NOW CLOSES AT 7 PM BUT ITS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE TO TURN AROUND A CUSTOMER THAT WAS IN LINE BEFORE 7 O CLOCK I PULLED UP AT 6:50. THERE WAS ABOUT 4 CARS IN FRONT OF ME.NOT SURE HOW LONG THE CAR DIRECTLY IN FRONT ME HAD BEEN THERE BUT REGARDLESS IT WAS BEFORE 7 O CLOCK I KNOW THAT CAMERAS ARE IN THAT PHARMACY SO THEY KNOW WHAT CARS WE'RE OR WE'RE NOT THERE BEFORE TIME AS SOON AS THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME FINALLY PULLS UP TO THE WINDOW INSTEAD OF ME WAITING BEHIND HER I PULL TO THE SECOND LANE WHICH THERE WAS A CAR THERE ALREADY GETTING READ TO PULL SO THEY COULD JUST GET US BOTH TOGETHER . JUST TO BE TOLD THEY CLOSE AT 7 BUT WE LITERALLY WERE THE ONLY TWO LEFT SO IT WAS GOING TO KILL YOU ALL TO SERVE THE LAST TWO CUSTOMERS SIMULTANEOUSLY? SHOULDN'T OF TAKEN BUT AN ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES TOPS I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS ALWAYS BEEN TOLD THAT IF YOU WE'RE IN LINE BEFORE CLOSING THAT CS STILL SHOULD BE SERVED.
