These people make a mistake on almost every medication fill. When you call, you are getting a call center. If you want to speak to the actual pharmacy, you will be on an extended hold twice.

The information transferred from Super One pharmacy to Walgreens is wrong and I cannot get the meds unless I provide them with the wrong info they seek.

This is the slowest pharmacy on the planet. Usually it takes them 15-20 minutes per person if the prescriptions are ready to be picked up. I may never understand the struggle of looking someone's name up on a computer, walking over to an alphabetized filing system , getting the prescription, handing it to the person and collecting money for the prescription. My mother refuses to change pharmacies, so I am cursed to walk this path. You still have time to choose so turn back now. I was third in line when I started typing this 30 minutes ago. I'm currently second in line now. The car in front of me has probably already resorted to cannibalism.

I've used this pharmacy twice in the past few weeks and have been super impressed with how they treat their customers and how efficient they are. It's a popular place but I'm willing to wait or at least go back at a less busy time just to deal with nice people who are looking out for me. The man checking me out went back twice to check my insurance to make sure I got the best price for my prescription! ..$0 Thank you!

Would not recommend this pharmacy. My baby’s antibiotic for her middle ear infection was called in at 1pm. At 5pm, the prescription still wasn’t entered into her profile, so I went to the store. They then informed me that they were out of stock of that antibiotic. I asked them if they could see in their system if any other walgreens had it in stock. The clerk told me “No. Not with any certainty.” When I confirmed that she wasnt able to see other walgreen’s stock, she again said “No. Not with any certainty. When I asked how that is possible, they have done that for me before, she said “I can’t see what is in their queue.” I know they have the ability to see other walgreen’s stock, because they were out of stock of my baby’s prescription twice before, and they told me to go to Mansfield rd walgreens bc they could see they had it there. So i had to drive to another walgreens and ask the clerk to check the stores for me, so my baby can get the antibiotic she needs for her inner ear infection. I don’t know if it was incompetence or laziness, but between the poor staffing, being out of stock the last 3 times I needed medication from this place, and not checking their voicemails for 4 hrs, I cannot recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Sooooo, I talked to someone there w an Asian accent. I was calling about a pain medication I take. I'm in pain care; have been for 20 plus years. I guess he was too busy to be nice , polite or courteous. He puts me on hold for a couple of minutes, comes back and tells me ; We don't have any in stock , AND HANGS UP. NO GOODBYE , thank you , kiss my foot,etc. I was going to ask him to check other stores. But that never happened. This is , was and forever will be , I hope , my last foray w Walgreens. It's a wonder this chains even still open. oh well , God bless him just the same.One never knows what another persons going through. However, I'm in customer service. Customers will NEVER be able to tell what's happening in my life cause it is my job to give the customer SERVICE. DOH. THIS was 8AM ON A SUNDAY MORNING NO LESS.

The absolute worst pharmacy in town. The young black girl at the counter refuses to help me. Prescription called in yesterday by physician, they say they don't have. Called in again today, still can't get meds!

Incompetent and unprofessional. They actually gave us someone else's prescription and could not figure out how to fill mine. If you are able to go to a different pharmacy do it.

Honestly it's the worst service I've ever had. I asked for help so many times to print a photo, and the lady was looking ugly to me the whole time. We ended up leaving with no help. Don't ever expect a good customer service from this place.

Do not get the vaccine here!! Terribly unorganized, no one is going out of their way to make this process friendly. Place seems dirty. Did I mention unorganized?!? We did CVS last week for one of my daughters and it took 4 minutes. We've had appointments at both places. This is unreal.

Very professional and extremely knowledgeable staff. They go above and beyond to accommodate you. The best pharmacy in the area. When I have had to wait it is minimal and apologies for the wait.
