They have one of the rudest pharmacy staff members I’ve ever had to deal with. I thought military facility pharmacies were bad, but they have nothing on this Walgreens. If I could leave no stars I would. The woman I talked to was a miserable human being. I spoke with the pharmacy manager and she said she’d speak with her but I really think she couldn’t have cared less. If you hate your job and have zero people skills get another job!!

I never thought I’d be going out of my way to right a review for a Walgreens but this location has been great. We just started shopping here because we’re newer to area but the last few months I’ve gotten nothing but the nicest interactions with the clerks. Whether they do or don’t, they at least portray themselves as enjoying their job and it makes it a pleasant experience for those coming through.I hope this type standard continues for this Walgreens and others.

The pharmacist here has no customer service skills. I asked her if she had my prescriptions in stock she didn’t even look at the Rx or Offer to find out if another Walgreens had it she snapped at me that she don’t Carry it in a ghetto way and I was reminded why I don’t use walgreens

The worst pharmacy in Shreveport. They have sat on prescription orders for weeks without notifying anyone that something wasn’t in stock and to take the prescription somewhere else. My daughter had an inhaler e-prescribed by her pediatrician last week. The inhaler was out of stock. They haven’t even ordered the inhaler and didn’t feel it was urgent enough to contact the patient or parent’s of the patient to inform them that this life saving medication is unavailable at this location. They were just gonna let it sit there and do absolutely nothing. I don’t care how busy you are, ordering product is one of those jobs you don’t neglect.

We came to this location to obtain COVID booster. Tech was extremely rude. We have insurance but she turned us away and stated we should have a separate card which we do not. After several attempts she finally stated she could obtain the information. Attitude was unnecessary. Pharmacist on duty was pleasant.

This is the absolute worst Walgreen’s I have ever dealt with. Called on Thursday January 6, was told to call back Monday to verify. Monday January 10th, was told order would be ready at 2pm; it is now 7:15pm an was told they are out of medications that it will be Tuesday January 11 after 12pm. However, they discovered during this encounter that they can partially fill this order that my husband is out of bit will be another 30minutes to fill order FNo been waiting since January the 6th!! Learn to speak English, dictate appropriately, fill as requested, let the person your pharmacy is out or go to another damn pharmacy where you can appropriately dictate that you don’t have those medications in stoke. Folks go to another location my advice until Walgreen’s company gets this place under control with customer service.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE!!This pharmacy has some really awful people. They have no clue what they are doing. I've been here since 10:30 am now it's 1 and they still don't have my prescription filled and they have had it since 21st. Thet Said it will be ready on 26th.I came on 26th Then they couldn't find it. They never filled them. now their closed for lunch and I'm still waiting. Never again. I will not even use Walgreens pharmacy again. These people are rude. I need my meds so I can go. I've already wasted 4 hours in here. Now I have to wait until they open back up!!!!;

I've currently been sitting on hold for 42 minutes waiting to speak to someone in the pharmacy. A patient should NOT have to wait that long to have a 1 minute conversation with a staff member.

I went to the Walgreen on 70th and Pines to ask a question pertaining to Covid-19 testing. I initially tried calling, but the recorded information didn't provide the clarity to my question. I went into the pharmacy department as directed by the Walgreen's associate (Her customer service was very professional). There was no one in line, and they didn't appear to be very busy. As I waited for assistance, it never arrived. Although the people working in the pharmacy saw me standing there (we made eye contact), they never acknowledge my presence. Anytime that I visit an establishment to do business, I always pay close attention to the customer service. I'll give the benefit to the business to allow for a lack in customer service whenever warranted. However, when a business clearly recognize there's a customer waiting for assistance and they fail to acknowledge with a simple " We'll be with you in a minute" at minimum, that business is lacking in administering the basic customer service skills. Needless to say I left. It's obvious to me that they are doing just fine without my business.

Unprofessional, slow and rude. I’ve called 3 different times this morning and put on hold for 30 minutes or more each time with no answer, until finally being hung up on.
