Horrible! I had to transfer my medicine across the street to CVS….there was 7 ppl working at this location and CVS had 2 and filled my prescription in no time. I called the 1 800 number and they told me my prescription was ready get there they say it’s not gonna be ready and they might not be open bc of MLK JR DAY.#safe to say go to CVS

The manager was not willing to help and was extremely rude. I’d suggest going somewhere else.

I've been sitting on hold this last time tonight for 2 hours and I'm not exaggerating. I took pics of the phone call so I would have proof. Also while waiting on hold I added another Walgreens on the line that doesn't have a problem answering their phone. They tried to call Walgreens on Mansfield Rd but could not get an answer either. It started out with the recording they had. I was just given the run around. I realized my blood pressure was going up waiting and waiting knowing they never intended to answer. Finally after 2 hours they disconnected the call. I called them back again but still no answer. I've had problems before with a worker in the pharmacy. She is NOT a pharmacist but she wants you to think she is. is. They sent vvvvvbut I had forgotten about how she did me lady time. I will be contacting cooperate. It's

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. The staff is rude and enept. They don't know how to do their job. They can never find the prescriptions. When you call you can spend 30mins to an hour on hold for them to hang up on you. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

When you hold for two hours and no one answers and the recording gives the same amount of holders before you, makes me the something is very very wrong!!

Pharmacy wouldn’t refill an anti-seizure medication for my wife at 9pm on 12/28/23 even though they were open until 11pm and were aware she would have a seizure if not given a dose for the evening. They said we’d have to come back and pick up at noon the next day. We were visiting from out-of-state but have been using our Walgreens in Texas for 18 years. The pharmacist on duty said if we really needed meds, then we should go to the emergency room. Go to hell

Tried to call before to go to pickup an urgent prescription to see it it ready or not , no answer to the phone ( just automated answer ) , a drove a long way to them then stoped on the pick line for about 30 minutes , the had been told it is not ready and will be ready tommorow .

I would give less but as it is, this place is they rudeness it off the chart. They can't, want or choice not to answer the phone in the pharmacy. We stop in to get medication then transfer all medications to a different pharmacy was send to a different window and and we'll get to it winever we can. Bad health care alround

This pharmacy deserves negative stars. I have never had to deal with such unprofessional customer service and pharmacy workers. These ppl are always rude and several ppl in my community have gone to other pharmacy. It's sad when pharmacist lie to customers about medication because they are too lazy to do their job. I will be following in the footsteps of my neighbors and going to another pharmacy as well. This store should be closed down. I have gotten prescriptions filled and the incorrect number of pills have been given to me. I will be contacting my insurance because they are being charged for prescriptions that do not have the full count of prescribed pills. And when I ask about the issue I am rudely replied to. This pharmacy is pathetic.

This Walgreens was very slow and there was a line inside and outside the line took 20 minutes each car I’ve been in the drive through for at least an hour on top of that when I arrived at the window they only addressed the person in the second lane instead of simply saying “yes ma’am how are you I’ll be with you in just a minute we’re short staff” they didn’t say anything there were at least 4 young women in the building working and it seems that they aren’t that concerned with what’s going on nor are they concerned about any of the customers. Overall experience was bad especially considering I was only here to drop off a sheet of paper from my healthcare provider and it took this much unnecessary time

I'm to the point I don't want to use Walgreens anymore They can't even get the fill day correct Then the confused young lady in the drive-thru , telling me about my prescription and that its a controlled drug What does that have to do with you filling my prescription ma'am... These people continue to waste my time and gas Coming back and fourth every month multiple times Nonchalant after giving me a time to pick up my prescription but once again It isn't ready .. Since the strike , these replacements are unprofessional, loud and rude .. Id give a 1/2 star if I could
