If I could leave no stars I would. I had confirmed (by texts and emails) appointments for both my husband and myself for flu shots this afternoon. I also filled out all the paperwork online. We both got there on time. They had no record of my husbands' appointment and had no paperwork for either of us. My appointment was for 5:00. I got my shot at 5:45, my husband shortly afterward. On top of it all the pharmacist who administered the vaccines was RUDE! Interesting that I see other reviews saying rudeness was a problem for them. I really should have read the reviews on this location before I made appointments. Advice: Your time is more valuable than to deal with an inept business with a rude pharmacist!

Worst location in town, bad attitude, went there at 12:00 they told me it will be ready in 2 hours, I went back after 3.5 hours to hear the lady say, I’m sorry one of your prescription is out and the other one will be filled in 15 minutes. What the hick is that.Bad management

They made it very difficult for me to get my medicine I take twice daily gave me and my doctor the run around and no communication to inform me of what was needed

I have medication that I have to take everyday. Walgreens on Pierremont was THE ONLY pharmacy in Shreveport/Bossier that had my medicine in stock. Including compound pharmacies. This was my first time using them & I couldn't have been more satisfied. My prescription was alot cheaper than I usually pay at other pharmacies, wait time at pick-up was short & customer service was top notch!

Todd the pharmacist is rude and unhelpful. I am a physician trying to call in a Rx for a patient with immediate needs. "We dont have that medication". I asked if he could look up other Walgreens nearby to see if they have it. "Nope - that's not my job. You can call, but I'm not". Local pharmacies are going out of business to big name stores like Walgreens and the service just gets worse. I am 100% sure this review wont even get a response from the big dogs at Walgreens. I can't wait for Todd the pharmacist to come to my office.

So I called Walgreens Pharmacy at 1:20 PM and was put on hold. At 1:30 someone picked up the phone and hung it up. When I called back, I got a recording saying they were at lunch. Really? How is this acceptable? This Walgreens has the worst customer service ever. I am routinely addressed with monosyllabic responses, no eye contact, and rudeness that conveys they can’t be bothered with my business. It used to be really good when it was Rite Aid and when Walgreens first took it over. But ALL but one of the professional, polite and competent employees are no longer there. This is Shreveport. This is what the retail climate has become in Shreveport.

I have been given someone else’s prescription adhd medication. They do not automatically contact my doctor when there are no refills left. Very sloppy operation. They close the pharmacy unannounced for a day or more.

Thanks to Melissia for being so patient and understanding to my mother and explaining to her what was going on with her medication. This pharmacy is really turning around, matter how many people that are having a bad day yell in their face and belittle them. You guys ROCK!

I wish I could put a negative five up here the most trifling and unprofessional set of pharm techs I ever seen they always closed but at work never available to service the public like what is the purpose of even having a pharmacy on here when nobody is EVER there to answer phone or answer questions

While I was sitting in the waiting area, I was able to observe how poorly the customers treated the girls in the pharmacy. It was utterly disgusting how you could be so unmannerly talking to someone that actually comes to work to serve the public medication for their health. I would like to applaud the girl in the pharmacy to being so good natured, because I don't know I I would've done the same. Just because you are having a bad day or something isn't "going your way" does NOT mean to take it out on the people that would like to help you!! End of vent...

I am so upset the pharmacist Katrina at 761 piermont has told me that even though you get a prescription sent early they won’t check it until the day that it is due and they don’t check for stock until then, so for example if you go pick up a medicine you need that day that’s when they check for stock and if they don’t have any then you have to wait till at least Wednesday or Thursday! Katrina said from her own mouth that most likely if your medication isn’t filled around Wednesday or Thursday then they probably don’t have it in stock!
