I rented a Budge truck on line at this facility. I received the reservation confirmation. Reservation was made the day prior. Drove 300 miles (over 4 hours) to be rudely greeted by Jordan (when we called the number posted on the door) informing us that there were no trucks available. In response to our frustration and inconvenience, he stated that we should have called first and that he could not help us. 0% professionalism, 0% customer service, 0% compassion. The main Budget number also had the same "so sad, too bad, bye" response. Thankfully, we a local UHaul professionally and efficiently assisted us with our needs. The worst part about Budget is their system failed, and they were rude about it and placing the burden on the customer. Jordan was so rude and unaccomadating, I was speechless. Again, AVOID THIS PLACE (unless you have an affinity for headaches).

Do something about the rats and snakes in the storage rooms. Don't tell your customers to to call animal control themselves. Handle it. We have paid you A LOT of money the past ten years and I don't understand why it's my responsibility to make your building safe. I guarantee if anyone gets bitten *anyone* would sue you, not animal control or me.

Highly recommended. They work with you. E everything is handled in a professional manner and they make it easy for you. Hands down the best storage unit facility I've ever dealt with.

less than favorable. I moved out in less than a week... ...even though I'd paid for 2 months. Am much happier where I now have my items.
