Wife has been on the phone with Xfinity Shreveport more times than I care to remember over the course of two weeks. We have been waiting for a truck to come through service a cable line down in the backyard.After the series of storms, the line is hanging almost near the ground. We have been told repeatedly that they will come and service the line. And yet no one comes.My wife has been on the call dealing with automated service trying to get to a human person and when she gets with a human person, they can only reiterate that a person is out, but they cannot verify where they are or when they will get to our residence.Will need to look at other services in the area because this is utterly ridiculous to have to wait as we have been made to wait for at least two weeks and still no relief in sight. ( I WOULD HAVE POSTED NO STARS, BUT IT WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO POST REVIEW.)

Stayed on chat with Xfinity CHAT for over an hour arranging to pay bill while I checked with bank! Conversation was like speaking with a 6yr old child. But I thought I confirmed and repeated our conversation enough times so that there wa no confusion. Next morning Xfinity disconnects service…AND please forget talking to human. Appears Xfinity has determined LIVE AGENT PERSONELL are no longer available or necessary just as many other companies.Before this incident was billed for channels-3 I did not have or even recognized name of channel for 2 years and when a sensible agent refunded at least some of what I was owed, gave me an amount that would be credited (noted exact amount to be credited) even though have no idea what that may have been. Surprisingly, Xfinity did not know either because apparently they “just do billing for channels. Another issue with billing - Internet/Cable had not been available during holiday 2 days. When I requested credit it was as if I was speaking Alien. Needless to say, Xfinity did not issue credit for their error being “down” 2 days.Received next bill & the amount promised was reduced to pennies. This call to correct took amount owed took about another 2 hours. Due to Xfinity error - Requested PAPER BILLING.Approximately 5-6 days later I noticed on bank statements $49 paid to Xfinity. To have amount refunded - another 2 hour conversation resulting in refund.PLEASE EVERYONE!! check your streaming accounts to ensure they are your selections and not ADDED ones you did not select but are being billed.So infuriating!! I hesitate to think what other senior citizens with no knowledge or assistance are experiencing right now!! Very challenging!

I would give minus if it was an option! Worst Xfinity store ever! I don’t know how these people were hired by Xfinity! Rude, disrespectful to customers! The supervisor is the worst among them! They don’t even listen to me and she just left in the middle of conversation! Shame on Xfinity hiring those kinda of employees.

Never get anyone on phone it's always a hassle and the people in store don't give a care. Man told me to call the 1800 ##. We can't help with this we can't help with that we don't take payments use the kiosk! What yall doing¿¿ Signing people up for POOR Service and even WORSE customer Service!!! Canceled my TV service in May why they still charging me¿¿¿ Turned my WiFi box in cause I moved June 30th! I got a BILL for July and August!! If they had a ¹/² star review yall definitely are it or NO ?

Came here 20 minutes before it closed and we got set up with Spencer. He is extremely patient, polite, and talkative; he created an upbeat atmosphere and made the process so easy! He stayed 30 minutes after closing just to help us. He was very sweet and very efficient!!! Ask for Spencer if you come here. I promise you won't regret it.

Great feeling as soon as we walked in the door staff greeted us very friendly! Xzavier helped us out and was just a joy ,he had to get some assistance from the Assistant manager and he was just as joyful as could be loved the energy!!!!Great Experience will definitely be doing business again!

I am sorry I had my sister to change her service from DirectTv to Xfinity, they have her paying the same amount for her services that I am paying . She is a new customer. We but called about our bill and they turned of two of her boxes, took her calling waiting away . They did the same to me , so I know how she feel who are the people that are working for Xfinity customer service? You are going to loose a lot of customers.I told her she would be paying less , but now I don’t know about that . I am a Gold member not a happy member .

I have been a mobile and internet customer for over 5 years. We moved from Shreveport and we’re unable to continue using internet. As I continued paying for my phone, I noticed the an additional $25 was added to my bill. It turns out, I was being charged an additional fee for no longer having internet. I was not told about this and was told that there was nothing that could be done. Very disappointing as a long time customer.

Keep trying to call to talk to an agent and all it does is hang up on me. I get it that there is major outages right now but I want to talk to a real person. I pay to much money to be hung up on by a computer. As soon as anyone else comes in this area I am switching. Edit to this review: if I wanted to talk to a robot I would do the online thing. I want to talk to a real person that I can understand. If that number keeps hanging up on me I will take it up higher.

On the 20th of June, 2023 We had an appointment with Xfinity to fix our wifi that had been out since the Superstorm. Jalon came out to our place at his time slot of 5pm - 7pm. Noticed the problems that we had, and hooked us up proper. We were really grateful. Awesome job well done. We were having 180Mbps out of our 200Mbps package. Thanks Jalon.1 week later, today the 27th of June around 6pm. Our line died out. When we went out to the garden to check it about 7pm, our cable was thrown on to the lawn and another cable was replaced for another person’s wifi.What we found out from our neighbours later, was that Brandon and Darryl had come out to fix their wifi. They had lost wifi on the 20th of June around 5pm - 7pm and had no internet connection for an entire week because Jalon had cut their wires to put ours in.So Brandon and Darryl came over today the 27th of June, 2023 to cut out our wires to put their cables back in today.What the actual d*** f*** is wrong with you idiots? We’re both your customers, you’re suppose to accommodate both our homes with internet lines. You’re like Baboons who throw away bananas cause you can’t figure out which holes to put them in.Anyways, will head to your branch on Wednesday to make a formal complaint. I’m hoping you have the decency to deal with this appropriately, however - if not met - we’re going to make a police report against Brandon, Darryl and Xfinity/Comcast for criminal trespassing, vandalism and being a nuisance to us.

Cust sv is terrible. Cable tv knocked out by storm. Now they are saying they might reconnect in.a week to week and a half. If they had competition for cable tv they would go out of business. TERRIBLE COMPANY. And their programming is mostly junk. Can't get satellite here because pf big tree

I am very disappointed on the customer service I received today. My monthly billed is automatically withdrawn every month. But bc my bill has not come out yet I would have to pay manually this month just to have a tech come out for servicing? This is obsurd! Do better people. I understand the theory if my account was delinquent but not when it has been on time every month. What is really sad I was actually thinking about bundling my phone and internet service. FORGET IT !

Absolute waste of time with these guys. Every month they find a way to screw me over in billing. They don't give the $10 promised the autopay. And I signed up for ACP internet discount of $30/ month and they always claim to add it to my bill, but I have not received one discount on my end. I am missing $70 in discounts from them. Not to mention the discount for starting a new $75 that is supposed to be $40 for the first month. They never honor their contracts. They cancel them and charge you the highest plan when you change address without your knowledge or permission which is not how a contract works. They make changes without proper notification to your bill. Again, those changes shouldn't affect me because...we HAVE A CONTRACT!!! Will definitely be switching soon since contracts don't matter to these guys so obviously there is no legal reason to honor anything. Don't give these guys a dime. They take your autopay, which I never agreed to paying $75 full price (only $30 for the first year) and take what they want out of your account instead of what was agreed/authorized. My bill shows no discounts at all that they agreed to upon signing.

Spencer is freaking amazing! We walked into the store about 20 minutes before closing, not only were we immediately greeted, but he was helping out 3 customers all at once. He answered every question, was extremely efficient, and gave us a card in case we needed any help! Ask for Spencer Wells when you go!!
