I am a five years customer with Aaron's and I just had the worst experience with y'all new manager. She came to my house at 8 o' clock at night talking about my bill that technology wasn't late. For one she didn't state her name just said I'm the general manager. Then said that I didn't pay my bills from December 22 and I have my receipt it's all online. Then after I corrected her about that she gone say well your bill was due on the 15th. Since your the general manager how you don't know that I changed my billing date online. I felt like she was harassing me behind a bill that wasn't even 24 hours late. No late fees has even been adding to my bill yet. After I pay my bills off I'm never renting from Aaron's again. I will rent from Rent A Center for now on. And I have a video to back my story up.

I had such a horrible experience with the new manager,Liosha, I went across the street and spent my money with Rent A Center. This woman has the worst attitude and talked down to me like I was dirt. Why would you have someone this unpleasant in charge of the store? That's ok, I am very happy across the street where they treat me with respect and dignity. I work too hard for my money to give it to someone so nasty.

We were buying a gas stove frm Aaron's when we got it the oven would not work and an enlighten would not work and the insulation was gone and now the oven want work and they refuse to fix it and we still have to pay for it so may be that is why they don't have very much business

This is the place to go to when needing to upgrade, but don't have the funds all at once . I had to get a laptop for a new job I was starting, it turned out it wasn't going to work . The staff was able to take it back the next day and gave me a fair amount of my money back ! I understood not being able to get the entire deposit back, it was very nice of them to help me with some of it seeing as how refunds are not usually something they do . Josh went to bat for me and under the circumstances, we were able to come to an agreement . Will be back to purchase more items in the future ! Your fair and professional handling of this issue, has made a customer for life !

This is a really good place. Very helpful people. Great products. I was really surprised to know they are open on Sundays. I'm also on a tight budget and they were able to help me figure out a payment plan that fit pretty well. Definitely recommend them.

After months of waiting for my cushions to be replaced, I finally recieved another set! Konroy and another associate just delivered it and it's beautiful! Thanks to Jason (The district manager) and his team, I am 100% satisfied. I was able to exchange my previous set, which was in bad shape for a much better quality one. Jason, David( The store manager), and their team is all about customer satisfaction!

We went into this store to purchase a reclining sofa June 3. Both employees were very helpful. We were in and out in 30 minutes. 3 days later, Saturday June 6, the sofa was delivered to us. One of the delivery men, we did not catch his name, complained that we were on the 3rd floor. He let the other delivery guy do all the work. Couch gets into our apartment and we realize after they left that one side was broken and would not recline. We call the store and they tell us that someone will be out Monday June 8 to fix it. Conroy came by Monday to fix it himself because the person who was supposed to come repair had called off that day. It needed a piece welded on so he said they would call us with another sofa to be delivered. Wednesday June 10 rolls around and my husband called to see about the other sofa. They said they would pick up the broken one Saturday June 13 and replace it with a new one. Saturday comes and they deliver another sofa but it was even more broken than the first, had red finger nail polish on it, and was covered in sticky food and food crumbs. We call today, June 15, and Jason the Regional Manager took care of our refund and super apologized for what happened. I am giving this review two stars because of how helpful Conroy and Jason were. A+ for both Conroy and Jason.
