Something about Louisiana Anytimes just hit different. The fantastic gym in Baton Rouge, and now this hidden gem in Slidell. Here for work and if you've followed me at all you know I review gyms. This gym isn't perfect, but it's pretty damn close. Met the owner, bubba, and he was polite and super friendly. Talked about other gyms and then carried on. Now most anytimes have precor. Not the best equipment around but thank God it's not matrix. He has all hammer strength and life fitness. Which is amazing mostly because he has three life fitness arc trainers. If you haven't used them, they look intimidating but they are by far the best cardio machine around. All the benefits of elliptical and running without the stress on knees/hips. You need to do yourself favor and check them out. Upstairs, here. Gym is clean. Not spotless but it's a gym. Have to appreciate a little stuff here and there. Most everything is maintained well. There is some spirding webbing on some benches and the precor cable machine upstairs has a hitch in it. But honestly all I saw that wasn't amazing. Layout is also great. It's pretty obvious he has a few gyms because the flow is good. I'll be in Slidell again, soon, and will be coming back here. You should already becoming here if you are close.

I've been a member for about six months now. The facility and equipment are always clean. You hardly ever have to wait to use equipment, large selection, friendly people and staff. Lots of classes if you're interested in that. I've never been to an anytime prior to this one but what I've heard from friends is that they're usually quite small and this one is a good sized gym with plenty of equipment and space to accommodate many different people. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

This place is amazing. They have three sleds in the back, and the hook in the bathroom near the showers is of a strong man which I thought was a creative touch. Has all the weights and machines you’d ever dream of. Very cleanly and they provide towels and coffee.

Very clean environment, all equipment very well kept up, and the staff are very knowledgeable and experienced.

I must admit I am very comfortable in this gym and everyone seems to come in and get after it , great atmosphere to build muscle/ mental strength/ stability.

Other than the position of the recumbent bikes (face front windows, on sunlit days the glare is intense) the facility is excellent. Suggest tint halfway up the windows in front of the bikes.

Fantastic gym, owners, trainers, and equipment! 10/10This is coming from someone who wasn't a big gym person and didn't have much confidence. This gym and its people helped change that, BIG TIME!

I haven’t had time to go there yet tbh, but have went in and met with bubba on some information before i signed up, and contacted bubba about my key fob. He was extremely nice, and the place seemed very clean. On top of that, I didn’t have time with my busy work schedule to come in during staffed hours to get my key fob and bubba made sure to make things easy for me and went above and beyond to get my key fob to me literally as soon as I asked about it. Extremely happy with my decision from those 2 interactions alone!

Great gym and environment. The only recommendation would be to add some hanging bags in your matted area.
