My recent visit was a 5 very satisfied. I responded with the wrong number.
I loved being greeted upon arrival. I n less than 5 minutes we were attended to. The representative was very thorough with explaining how he would handle my situation.
Along with the excellent service, what stood out to me was a another representative arriving for his shift acknowledged each of this co workers. I thought that was a great sign of good employee morale at that particular AT&T store

We visited AT&T to purchase phones for all of my family. Andrew was awesome in helping and being patient with us for everything we needed. Thank you Andrew for everything you did.
Today we came in for one of our orders and because Andrew was busy we had another man helped us. Unfortunately we did not get his name. He was really good and detailed with the process. Thank you for helping us. I wish to know his name to give him a good review.

Came in to store to have cell phone transfer to new phone. Sim didn't work. Robert was so very helpful, professional, courteous, friendly and most of all looked over my bill and saw I was overpaying my insurance by $30. What a savings!!! Absolutely happy customer from Picayune! Ended up getting the Samsung Galaxy Ultra 24S almost 1/2 off for their sale. Extremely happy!!! Thanks so very much Robert! Update: Went back so they could return old cell for credit. Of which I had put screen protector on phone myself and wasn't right. Robert did an awesome job putting it in place, but had to replace because of fibers on protector which didn't cover cell. So he ordered another and thank God. Came home, dropped cell and screen protector cracked all up. Cell screen was great!!! Not a scratch. Can't wait for new one to arrive. Robert and others at this store go way above the usual standards and seem to really care about their clientele. Will definitely be using this store whenever the need arises. Highly recommend!!!

Had to go back in due to losing my phone-actually I thought I lost it. It was at the vet and when I realized it they were closed. Headed over to my peeps at AT&T as I know they would assist me. Not surprised they did just that! Travis and Kyle are incredible!!! Travis is so sweet and patient. Kyle is just a whole meal I could eat him up! So funny yet professional. They truly do care and make me extremely happy walking out!

These are the worst people I have ever had to deal with. I live in Baton Rouge but my family plan was in Slidell. I went to an at and t store in Baton Rouge and was told that I needed to go to the one in Slidell. After trying to call the office there I was met with an inability to speak with anyone. This company is trickled with a number of complications that I do not believe to be necessary for the current year of 2024. These people were almost impossible to work with and majority of the work was done by myself. For my family being long time customers of this company I am very disappointed to have been treated like this.

Andrew Mumme (at the Slidell, La location on gause blvd) was absolutely terrific, incredibly thorough, helped me comprehend my bill / charges better. He also helped me get rid of what I wasn't using in order to add what we wanted to use on the bill. I truly appreciate Andrew Mumme's assistance, advice, and patience. I will be sure to request for Andrew every time I go to AT&T in Slidell. I rarely go into the AT&T stores because my past experiences were long and dreadful. This was a refreshing change of pace.

Pop was amazing came in on my lunch break with only an hour to get a new phone and they got me out in 30 minutes!! If you have AT&T go here they have such great customer service
