I recently had a low charge battery notification in my car. My husband went to Auto Zone to check it out. The salesman who assisted us was Telly. He was incredibly knowledgeable, his customer service was A1. He was very patience with us and made sure to properly install the battery. Great job Telly, and thank you for great customer service!!!

Awesome group of employees and FANTASTIC customer service. In the wake of the tornadoes that happened on April 10, 2024, this store was open for business on generator power with a full staff of friendly, helpful people who tripped over themselves to assist me. Had an old dead battery late at night was able to jump my car and head over to my local auto zone, they were quick to help me find a battery for my car. One for the sales associate was able to install my new battery for me in a jiffy.

I purchased a 6 pack of ignition coils on April 15th, 2023. Then my vehicle continued to have issues, check engine light came on. The mechanic isolated the issue to a single ignition coil (of the new 6pk Duralast coils) that was faulty. I brought the issue to my local Autozone and they informed me I would need to remove all 6 ignition coils (leaving my engine unprotected) for a full refund, instead of only replacing the a single, working coil (or the cost thereof).I purchased an additonal single coil because I need my vehicle for work. Now my vehicle works wonderfully. I would like to discuss this issue further and see if there is anything we can do to work towards a reasonable solution, as removing a full set of working coils when only a single coil is faulty is not reasonable.UPDATE: District manager contacted me and will refund the single ignition coil that was faulty. Thank you Charolette! Updated stars to reflect satisfaction.
