I needed to replace my Iphone screen because it suddenly stop working, and for the screen replacement it would cost $160. After I declined and went on Amazon, I realized I could buy the screen replacement with a kit to repair it myself for $30. I'm not sure what it's like to purchase other products from here, but for phone issues you must stay away. (they even charge me $10 to inspect the phone). I am deeply disappointed with my service here.

Make sure you take pictures of your phone from every angle before bringing it in to get anything fixed or serviced.... went to get a battery replaced now my screen is cracked and they're trying to tell me it came in cracked.... and they can't even admit to their mistakes

I contacted my BP local store for information in regards to replacing my OEM battery on my HD Road Glide Special. After answering some standard information, a recommendation was offered and I confidently placed my orders online for in store pickup. Customer Service was friendly and very knowledgeable. I got my battery without any issues and details were explained concerning the warranty and returning the core for a rebate!
