I consulted with a few associates and Katore was highly recommended. The owner was extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. “I will 10/10 refer Gerber to a friend or family. my experience was nothing if not terrific. My vehicle had extensive damage from a collision caused by a careless driver. The extent of the damage caused me to be without my car for six weeks. Gerber estimated one month, however one part was on back order. My personal insurance would cover the cost of a rental car for just one month. Therefore, Gerber contacted the rental company and covered the additional two weeks. The team at Gerber was quite helpful and communicative...so much so that I became on a first name basis with them. I cannot express just how wonderful both Valencia and Ali were/are. The two of them made my experience as pleasant as possible while going through such a trying time. I was blessed to have them to deal with. “Service did not take long and the technician did a great job. I had a previous crack that split outward in a few places on impact, kind of like a small spider web. When I originally got it repaired, I was told the spot was filled in the center but nothing else could be done cosmetically for the lines. When I went in with a new crack today, Ray fixed both spots to where they are barely visible. Very much appreciated :)”
