“Someone hit my vehicle damaging mostly the rear driver side and I didn’t know where to go or who to contact but I knew I wanted my vehicle professionally repaired and returned to me asap. I consulted with a few associates and Katore was highly recommended. The owner was extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The owner took time to explain the process and assured I was educated on all necessary action steps that was occurring and need to occur throughout the process. The entire staffing department was helpful and responded immediately to my contacts and requests. The business is locally owned and that made me even more comfortable and confident that my vehicle would be satisfactory. The owner and his team accommodated my schedule and made sure I was able to retrieve my vehicle and it is immaculate. The damages are immaculately repaired and the exterior/interior detail is top tier. Highly recommended from someone who is extremely meticulous!”
