The quality of products in this store have really gone down. The last purchase I made were Justin boots. I worked at a retail store as a manager and the boots, though well taken care of, fell apart in 7 months. I only wore these to the store I managed. I've never went back.

Does the management read these? I hope so because your store manager leaves a lot to be desired. Unhelpful, pretty much had to rely on clerks to help her, unfriendly and what gives with the awful looking house shoes??? Really???? When everyone else was wearing boots or real shoes and western wear she looks like she just got out of bed.

I wish I could afford to buy a new pair of boots weekly just so I can enjoy such a great selection more often. But even just wish listing is way to enjoyable. My newborn daughter might just get her first pair of boots very soon just so I can have a reason to come back!

returned in july-2 pair of expensive never worn boots -i received as a gift from soon to be ex boyfriend- i gave the wrong address by mistake-i called the next day to fix my mistake-it’s now november and he has still not received the $417 check- i will not buy from them again
