Probably one of the worst run entertainment places in all of Slidell. The lanes, the food, the customer service...none of it worth the price. You could tell not 1 employee wants to be there or cares.

We had a good time. The atmosphere was fun & friendly. Our biggest gripes was about the thin nacho cheese that doesn't cover all the nachos, the worn out shoes and not enough bathroom stalls for all the people they entertain. All in all, we had fun.

We came to bowl, fun was had, we left with great memories.
The place was packed on a Saturday, folks seemed to be having a good time. 🎳✨
The facilities themselves do need some attention, some features could be updated, and new laces/shoes would be nice.

This place went downhill faster than going to hell in a hand basket. When we arrived tonight, we went to the counter to purchase a game. There was a guy in training, the trainer made things way to complicated that he made my brain spin, and literally made people wait for around 10-15 minutes mainly because he just didn’t want to do anything himself, I mean why would you make people wait so long just to train someone? Tried to order for 3 adults and 2 children. Apparently adults can’t play on a lane with the gutters, which is also bogus because I seen two kids get balls stuck between the gutter and bumper. We then proceeded to the other counter with the food. We then went to the food area, where the lady or man wouldn’t serve us bc they said it was shift change(we stayed for a good 2 hours and that person was still there) I ordered a michelob in a bottle before 6pm, which is a price difference. They corrected me that the cheaper price starts before 4pm, sign clearly says 6pm. They said the bar is not open tonight and got no answers. When we went back, the bar was open and the lady wanted id’s for every single drink that was ordered. Then we had to pull our IDs out again, which is ridiculous. She reeked of smoke, and the dude at the snack bar just looked while we had to show our IDs again. Yeah it’s been a while since I been here, but I was in a league and this place was not like this at all. Save your money, the far right lane is sagging due to the foundation, they have foam spray to keep moisture out, the bowling ball was going all over the place. But if you need any assistance, talk to the dude that does nothing, but you may have to wait 15 minutes as he refuses to do anything as his legit excuse was “I’m training someone”.

Don’t come here to bowl if you have a special needs child that wants to use the bumpers. They refuse to put them up for anyone over 10. So much for being inclusive. I’ll never come here again.

3kids 1 adult(4 shoes) $45 /hr.
I don't know the going rate, but I know in BR it's cheaper than this. It's not a great selection on home bowling balls, and if you want to bowl with your kids and you kids want the bumpers, be prepared to buy two lanes! Their OWNERS POLICY AND /OR RULES no adults can bowl with bumpers. Anyway, my kids had fun... between the lane being slow as hell we only bowled 1.5 game. It took the majority of the time resetting the pins. But whatever. We won't be going back, needless to say.
Expensive consessions . 2.5 stars nothing special inside.
Oh before I end it, the arcade looks awesome, it's lit up and ready for your kids to spend $100 on a handful of games.

Refuse to raise the rails for the people in our party that cannot keep a ball out of the gutters. We are not being neglegent or looking to damge the rails, we just want to be able to bowl.

Tonight Thursday the day after Christmas my family and I came to bowl because the kids are out of school and we need to do something with them. They say they open at 6 pm. We show up and they inform us they have an all men’s bowling league that plays there on Thursdays. I think they should update the Google listing to inform other people of this that may want to bowl as well. They turned away 5 families right after us. One group even had like 20 people. They are turning away business because they are too lazy to update the listing. This was such an inconvenience to not only us but all the other families they turned away. People are looking for things to do with the kids. Just list the place as CLOSED if you don’t want other business on this night. This is not how you do business. The manager or dude on duty was like “ we will be back open tomorrow” like what good does that do all those families you turned away who probably planned this over Christmas. This town really does need more family friendly places to take the kids.

Stayed in Slidell with family for half a year and we went here every Friday. Had a great time. Staff was super nice, food was surprisingly good, and most importantly, they sold me beer. Which, as we all know, is a key ingredient to the bowling experience. Pro shop was also helpful for my mother who bought her own ball and got it drilled here. Will make it a point to come back here when I visit.
