Last month I tried to wire money to my Doctor for treatment at his clinic. They locked my account and told me I had to talk to them. We went to the branch. I have ALS and couldn't talk. They were very rude. They told me to unlock the account I had to talk. Then we finally convinced them to talk to us. They said it sounded like a scam. And warned me not to wire money to that account. My doctor sent me another account that's for his company that he sells products. So a different account. They locked my account again. And when we talked to them they informed me that I was a risk and they closed all my accounts and sending me a check. So I can't pay my bills and have to wait 2 weeks to get my money! They told me I can't take MY money out and I have to wait for a check! I've been with them for well over 20 years! How can I survive without money?! The Doctor is well known I talk to him via zoom we have friends at the clinic. This is insane!

Rude employees.
Really bad and rude customer service. If you need something, better call and don’t waste your time coming to this branch.

I've been to about 20 branches in my lifetime. This branch is the worst I've ever dealt with. The manager is poorly trained and has terrible people skills. The staff that have been there for a decade are not helpful and have poor customer service skills. I can't say it enough...avoid this branch if you are use to a bank that tends to your needs. In my opinion they should close this branch down.

Capitol One Bank is NOT what they use to be! You have to go through this automated voice machine. No personal touch anymore. They do not speak clearly, are very rude and do NOT support or help other businesses in reference to checking accounts and checks. There are too many other banks out there that are willing to help businesses who would love to have your accounts. There is nothing good about Capitol One banking business, who does not help or support other businesses.
