First time renting from this Avis location and it was great! We were helped by Sean - very friendly and professional. He had us in and out of there. He made sure to ask us if we were going to head through any tolls and to do the etoll/plate registration through Avis (still trying to figure out how to do so - if you have any suggestions or links to drop for a plate registration...) so we could avoid any unnecessary fees. Thank you for helping us Sean! Would recommend this location.”

“Trey gave me a amazing experience when picking up my car. Larry (NOLA manager) gave me a smooth and clean ride home from dropping off the rental. The white curly head manager at the Frank Pichon location in Slidell, gave me a non caring and rushed experience when I returned the vehicle back to the location. I felt rushed by the white man and I got a non caring experience from him that I didnt deserve nor appreciate. If his behavior doesnt change at this location, I will pursue actions and find service elsewhere. Im a loyalty customer who rents often and I've never been treated like this by any of Enterprise staff before as long as I've been renting w/the company. You'll hate to lose a loyalty customer like me over someone who doesnt show a caring and enjoyable experience towards the customers.”
