Horrible Customer service to specific customers anyways. Left this store to go online & shop. Yes, I rather wait on my child’s items to be delivered instead of shop & give this particular store my money. I’ve been in plenty Carters, but while I was in the area decided to come to this one. Wrong choice! Walked in, not greeted or asked if I needed help, as ALL other Carters & its employees normally do. No biggie. Continued looking for my items. Then 2 more customers walked in, I watched the sales rep (Caucasian female with brown hair in a ponytail & glasses). I watched her greet, walk towards, & offer assistance to find anything with those customers. Okay, kept shopping. Then I actually did need help, so I walked towards the girl, made eye contact, said excuse me & she quickly turns around. Yeah I politely placed all my current items back in their places & left. I was in the store for 15minutes, she made eye contact with me several times before I needed her assistance. Never once asked if needed help. It was not busy. Just 3 well 2 customers in her store by that time. No excuse, unprofessional, & quite sad. One of the reason I shop mostly online nowadays!

The customer service of the Slidell, LA location is always outstanding. I love this store, there are always great sale, clearance and the regular price items are always reasonable.
