Ms Lindey L. Was So nice and Welcoming she was so kind and She Showed me how to Work my account with no Problem she did not judge me at all. She took her time with everything and With setting up my Chase account it was fast and Easy. she also Answered all my Questions with no problem.

I opened a new account with Chase Bank & so far, I have no complaints. I found the customer service to be outstanding and professional which is expected. The many services offered are wonderful. I love the online banking they offer. Chase has a superior banking app as well. I would recommend Chase Bank to anyone looking to open a new checking and/or savings account. If anything changes, I will be sure to update this review to reflect any negative issues if any indeed occur.

First time at this branch. 2 others in Slidell closed due to power outages from 4/9-10 weather. Power is on, all other area businesses open, bank closed. Major inconvenience with other local branches forced to be closed.

Very disappointed in our bank, we have been a customer for 30 years and this branch could less about us when we needed help with a college account issue.It took another branch to step up and help us.

All at the bank we've been doing business with a long time and we will stay with them we've been with him a year they help out their big problems if you have it if anybody tried to scam you you can stop them from doing it please the account get your money back Chase will help him refund your money give it a try

I cant believe there is no way to call the bank. The phone number goes directly to a phone tree and after 30 min i cannot speak to anybody either at the branch or any Chase employee. Completely unacceptable!
