Very disappointed in our bank, we have been a customer for 30 years and this branch could less about us when we needed help with a college account issue.It took another branch to step up and help us.

All at the bank we've been doing business with a long time and we will stay with them we've been with him a year they help out their big problems if you have it if anybody tried to scam you you can stop them from doing it please the account get your money back Chase will help him refund your money give it a try

I cant believe there is no way to call the bank. The phone number goes directly to a phone tree and after 30 min i cannot speak to anybody either at the branch or any Chase employee. Completely unacceptable!

After the nightmare of having my identity stolen and our three accounts with Chase literally dyesterday, my husband and I drove 150 miles one way from Lower Alabama (Alabama does not have any Chase bank locations) to Slidell, LA. This was the closest Chase location to our home. We were met, upon arrival, by the Branch Manager. After sharing "the short story" he immediately went to work to find someone to help us. That's when we met Nicole. She was the most professional, empathetic and truly genuine person that could have entered my life at that time. Nicole new exactly what to do with our accounts and took care of everything, right then and there. We were at the Branch from 2:30 pm until 5 pm. I can't thank Nicole enough for her help. We left knowing that Chase truly had our best interest at heart. Without Nicole, I don't know what would have happened. If we lived closer I would make this branch my go to location. Excellent Customer Service.

Not this bank in particular with exception of on manager...but chase bank has become too large to care about it's customer's..I ha 24 hours of pure hell being lied to by one after the other phone banking reps was told managers don't even exist till covid is over ..and was told a t 9:30 am that the management was still sleeping. It took me till 8:30 at night to finally get a representative honest enough to let me know in fact management still exists...I would suggest banking in a shoe box before chase!

Ms. Ariana Harrison was AMAZING!!!! I had an appointment with her at 9:30am today!!! Her services provided were a perfect 10!!! She was polite, patient, and very professional. I recommend anyone of any age to Ms. Harrison. She exceeded my teenage daughter’s first banking experience and expectation!!!
