Deposited money into their atm and it said it couldn’t read one of my bills. Then an error screen came on and said we are having trouble and can not finish transaction.. I checked my account and the 600$ deposit was NOT successful.. go in and I’m directed to call a number and wait up to 10 days for a credit and an investigation.. just because their machine made a mistake now I can’t pay my bills on time.. teller didn’t seem to care too much.. I never had an issue with capital ones atms

Branch Manager needs to have a training day with her employees. They are definitely not all on the same page. I will not be using this location again. Horrible service

Teller at this bank treated me like a common criminal.She was rude wouldn't let me complete my sentences. After 16 yrs because of her rudeness I called it quits. High fees with a side of attitude no thanks .

This is the 2nd time I came to this location. Both times I was here I was in drive through and received horribly rude service! Its stressful enough to only be able to deal with someone in the drive thru, when dealing with multiple accounts.

Would give no stars if I could. My husband deposited a check from the DoD due to a glitch in the system. Was told check could be held up to 10 days. WTF. Are you kidding me????? Reason it's not drawn on chase bank. Never had that problem with my other bank. Once check clears, I told my husband to transfer the money to USAA or Navy Federal and close the Chase account. They at least acknowledge a government check and just post it to your account. Don't bank with Chase most unsupportive establishment for Military.

Horrible service, walked in to open 2 accounts and was told by the branch manager that at 430 it was too late and I would have to come back, I will never go back. This woman has no respect for a costumers busy schedule

This location has a faulty ATM that would not give me my money. The whole transaction went through accordingly but when it came time for the machine to give me the cash it never did. According to the teller the cash door is broken, so they are very aware of the problem (she actually said multiple people have complained about this) but have not put anything on the ATM to warn their customers. I am a Chase client with multiple accounts but today I was trying to get cash from a different account - because it's not a Chase account my only option is to dispute the charge, therefore $400 of my money will be tied up for days, maybe weeks. It is 4 days before Christmas so if $400 (my withdrawal amount) was all that I had I'd be screwed. Lesson learned - don't go to Chase unless it's Chase specific business. I bet Chase will still make me responsible for the $3 service fee though all they did was make me angry.

I deposited a large cashiers check through atm on Saturday which in my day it was the same as cash. The girl Who answered the phone didn't even ask my name and just said give it a couple days and if it wasn't cleared then she will do something about it!!

ATMs never seem to work and the staff is also pretty unprofessional. Wish I didn't live so far I'd much rather go to the Gause location.
