Bradly, who was supposed to be my private client banker at Chase, has been extremely unprofessional. After the first week of opening my account, he started ignoring my calls repeatedly. I closed my account today and no longer want anything to do with Chase due to his poor representation of the company.

Bank was very busy, when staff noticed they opened more lines. Our teller was very nice and quickly helped us with our banking needs. Great branch and very personable!

No bank close in MS, drive to Slidell, La. No business banker at first bank. Been waiting for an hour at the second Chase bank! Not happy.

Went in to set up savings accounts for my kids. The only banker was busy and said it would take 2 hours to set up the accounts. But they took my information to set up an appointment at a later date. I was NEVER contacted. Set up the accounts at Capital One instead (took about 10 minutes for each). Thinking I might take my accounts over there as well. Chase has really gone down hill in customer service

The fact that you can’t talk to a person on the phone in person is not good. The “call center people” don’t understand anything I explain.

It is impossible to speak live to anyone at a Chase branch. That is a HUGE poor customer service gliche, especially if you live in a neighboring town that is 20 miles away.

Charges fee’s higher than the industry standard and has a rude manager that will talk to you like she's your principle.
