I made an online order for a Cobb salad with Italian dressing before heading to work for night shift. Not only did I wait 20minutes for my food, I made it about 30minutes out only to check my food for it to be wrong. I had almonds, granola, and APPLE CIDER VINAIGRETTE dressing, all of which I DID NOT order & does not come on a Cobb salad. I called back to let them know that they had put the wrong salad dressing in my bag & that I was not able to return to get the correct dressing that night. The manager responded “I can give you the correct dressing tomorrow” LMBO! What a waste, because at this point I could go into a grocery store & buy my own dressing.FF next day, I go back & she proceeds to put 2 Italian dressings in a bag and I said, “I don’t have a salad, so no thank you” & she responds, “you can save them for next time” ?. I left the dressing on the counter and told her “no thank you”.What a waste of time! The manager is rude and condescending ( smaller sized Caucasian lady with dark hair )Customer service sucks at this location!

Overall such a great option for a fast bite to eat. Overall the experience is in no way like that of other fast food choices. The taste of fresh. Tge food prepared by great people with delight and hospitality!

On 4/9/2024, I went in to the restaurant for a carry out order. When I got to the pickup area, there was a (not so) gentleman in front of me berating an employee, Mary Cantrell (who I believe is a manager). The man was angry that his card had been cut after he negligently left it at the restaurant. Ms. Mary explained numerous times the card was cut for his financial safety. Despite the male customer being a complete and total jerk and not being appreciative, Ms. Mary handled the situation professionally and as calmly as she could. Ms. Mary I applaud you for your patience. You’ve been there for years and I hope you continue to be there for many more.

I was taken aback by the overwhelming smell of wet dogs in the location - it was as if I were in a kennel. The place was overcrowded, and it made me feel anxious. I couldn't enjoy my meal, and to be honest, I was completely turned off. Chick-fil-A needs to address this issue as soon as possible to ensure that their customers have a positive experience.

Could not eat soggy fries not cooked to perfection like your app says,chicken was not fresh or hot,i don't see what the big hype is about,i was not impressed and still hungry,never again,sorry.

Always great food and service, I don't care for the way the drive through is set up to where if you want to pay cash they have to get a different person to take your payment. Not a big deal but it got a bit confusing because we had to wait for someone who could take cash to come.

I was in my big truck and they where only doing drive-thru. Brian came out the door and let me order online and brought me my food. I had just finished a 16 hour shift and really didn't want to eat McDonald's next door. This is the difference when eating at any chicfila. Greta staff here food is always fresh. Thx
