My Chico's store in Asheville NC was destroyed by Hurricane Helene. While visiting my son in Slidell, I took my favorite pair of Chico jeans to Slidell store. The clerk, Mona helped me with current style jeans that fit exactly like my favorite pair. She was patient and didn't quit til we had found exactly what I wanted.

I went to Chico’s in Slidell, 35 minute drive for me and very much impressed with their service plus the huge stock they have and lots of discounts! Going back!

Insulted. While I was looking through jewelry, there stood an older sales clerk steaming clothes probably about 3 feet from me. She rudely asked me if I wanted some earrings to go with my bracelet. I was confused. I was wearing a simple bracelet that I received from my ladies bible study group that I adore, but it was nothing fancy and you couldn't see it. Confused, I pulled up my sleeve and asked...this bracelet? She said...no, the one you have in your pocket. I then pulled out the keys to my car and asked....do you mean the keys to my Mercedes Benz? Unbelievable. I gave this lady no reason to believe that I stole anything or question my integrity. I'm guessing profiling. I look hispanic, but I'm not. I had on a yoga pants outfit with my hair in a pony tail. Chico's I will not ever buy from you again, and I hope others won't either. This particular store desperately needs some customer service training. In case you are wondering...I called the store back and spoke to the manager. She was apologetic, and I just simply let her know who I was and that her employees could use some training. However, I do understand...you are who you are and no amount of training will change that.

The Management Team does not value young people they underpaid young people, and they are unfair so don’t waste your time working at Chicos at Fremaux Town Center.

Their customer service is bar none. You are greeted with a sincere and inviting welcome and all the staff work together to accommodate your needs for you to experience a shopping luxury. Well done.
