Ms. Dana was very professional. I called around for storage and no one called me back. When I reached out to Southern Storage Ms Dana was the only company to return my call and was so helpful and made the process so easy.. Ms Dana checked on Me and my dad while moving in and gave us a bottle of water…Thank you Ms Dana for making the process of moving in such a great experience and being so kind…

I had a great experience working with Dana at Southern self storage. She was very helpful, informative, and nice throughout the process. The weather was hot when I visited, and Dana kindly offered me a bottle of water, which I really appreciated. Dana took the time to thoroughly explain all of the storage options and pricing, and she was patient in answering all of my questions. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had a very positive interaction and would highly recommend Southern self storage based on the excellent customer service provided by Dana.

Very helpful and reasonably priced. Facility is clean and very well kept. Setting up was easy and the inside has flat rollers to help move your stuff in.

I got a storage space for the summer. The experience was professional and Dana was wonderful to work with! I called yesterday to get information on the short term rental and she gave me all the info I needed. All I had to do today was fill out, sign paperwork and pay. If I need storage space for next summer, I know where I’m going!
