Was told my prescription would be ready today so decided to pick it up before work , changed hours, which was not a big deal, after waiting the cashier ask the pharmacist how long she said your going to have to give me 30 min I just walked in, after sitting there for 30 min, over hearing the pharmacist order her and the cashiers coffee from Starbucks, she than decides to tell me it's to soon to fill, REALLY? WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY SOMETHING THE FIRST DAY I came in to drop it off OR before deciding to make me sit there for 30 min! This will be THE LAST TIME I WILL DEAL WITH CVS

If you want to go shop, and check out your own items, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! NEVER is there a cashier at the front. I live very close to this store and would visit quite often. Had a extracare account, used it often. In December I was checking out 3 - 12 packs of cokes. NO CASHIERS! I am at self check out doing their job, and the machine wants me to put each coke on the scale. INSTEAD OF THEM OFFERING TO CHECK ME OUT THE CASHIER EXPLAINED I NEEDED TO PUT EACH 12 PACK ON THE SCALE! That was my first incident. There have been a few more incidents since then. BUT today did it. Once again, I needed help at self check out, and had to stand in the front and yell "I Need help" before someone came.

The cashier was really going to charge me 4 grand without telling me, if I wouldn’t of asked how much is it before handing her my card I would’ve been charged 4 grand without her even saying anything!

By far the worse pharmacy I've ever been to. I wish I could give it zero stars. They never answer the phone. They don't ever refill your automatic prescription.. the staff is sooooo rude even to doctors who call. It's an entire staff of incompetent slow rude and ghetto people and your prescription will never be ready on time, in fact it will be days to a weeks late! Do yourself a favor and don't come here

CVS on 21st avenue in Covington is excellent. Pharmacy is very efficient and gives great QUICK service. I wanted to wait for a prescription to be filled and it was done in less than 10 minutes. Very thankful since I had a sick patient waiting in the car. CVS on Gause west is frustrating. The poor pharmacists are overworked. The helpers in the pharmacy are SLOW. I detest going in that store.
