Very disappointed with CVS right now. 2 prescriptions were called in to the Gause Blvd location. They were out of one of them, so they called me and let me know and asked if they could transfer it to the Brownswitch location. I gave permission. This was at noon. I went about my job. I took myself off schedule so I could swing by CVS on Brownswitch before going home. I drove into the drive thru around 4:45 and had to wait behind 5 cars, no problem that is average these days. When I had my turn, they asked me my name and birthdate, and I explained about the transfer. They then asked me my birthday several more times, different people asked. It appears that the CVS on Gause failed to send the hard copy. I was then told to go to the Gause CVS myself and asked me to get them to send the hard copies. I asked them to call the Gause CVS, driving back and forth was not amusing. They said it went to voicemail, I again was asked to drive myself over to the Gause CVS to handle something they should have handled. I drove back to the original CVS and waited in line for about 20 to speak with someone. Sure enough, their new intern dropped the ball. So they sent it to CVS on Brownswitch and told me to drive back over there. They said that by the time I got there everything should be ready because of the time they put it in for, I believe it was 5:50. By this time it was after 5:30, so I decided to stop one more place to run an errand and give them enough time to fill my prescriptions. I got there at 5:50 only to be informed that it was just entered into system and it would be another 30 minutes before they might be ready. We sparred a bit about who entered it and when. Things were getting heated and she said she was not going to argue with me and I could come in and wait another 30 minutes or so inside, it was up to me. At this point I asked for it all to be cancelled. She said ok, no problem. I then left. I have been in retail management for over 30 years, this whole situation did not need to happen. I should never have been asked to drive back and forth between these to locations....at peak traffic time. I am not happy and am now cancelling any account and business that I have with CVS. I have been a loyal customer since CVS moved here... I will find another business to handle my my needs. B Hebert
