Not always a 24 hour store!!! If you need something OTC late at night, go to the 24 hour Walgreens down the street. If you need to fill a prescription and have to use CVS, then go to any of the other locations that are not 24 hours.Went to this store a few weeks ago around 1am (within normal operating hours) to pick up my order after I had received a message saying it was ready. Went up to the door and it was locked! All lights were on inside the store and outside the store. There was no message posted on the door saying there was something wrong or a special requirement to wait for someone to unlock the door. I stood outside and waited for a few minutes, went to my car waited a little longer and came back out a few minutes later, but nobody came to unlock the door. I tried calling the store since I had an online order, but that didnt work either. I saw someone (i guess the worker) inside walking around the aisles towards the back of the store, but they never looked up or came to the door.So I was not allowed to pick up the online order I had already paid for and had to cancel it, and now I avoid that store as often as I can.

The staff at this location is always helpful! Luke & Rebecca both pharmacist have been a huge blessing to our family, I even got a call from the pharmacist to alert me that my doctor prescribed an antibiotic that I was severely allergic, too - huge lifesaver & I highly recommend using this cvs!The Farmer Family

I have never come in contact with such rude disrespectful people as the ones that work at this cvs.They don't get off of their phone. They don't help you & they have an a They are also Dumb enough to put the label on the front of the package. So you can't see what you're buying and then have the nerve to get mad when you wanna take the label off the package.

They couldn't decide if they provide Covid testing. ? poor knowledge of store services provided. Turning and looking at the other pharmacist, the guy at "Drop Off" asked me if I recognized the person I spoke to over the phone. Seriously? What? I wouldn't want him to fill a prescription for my love ones.

My issue is with store prices. On my last three visits, prices at the register do not match prices on the shelves. Today I went back after checking out to double check that I wasn’t mistaken. And confirmed what I’ve been experiencing on recent visits. There was no tag anywhere near the items I purchased with the prices I paid. Please beware if you visit this store. Or save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

Just went and got my prescription filled. The woman at the register in the pharmacy was so nice. And then when I went to the checkout, the gentleman at the register was so kind! He gave my daughter two stickers! She was so excited and I’m so appreciative of all the kindness shown to us today! I hope these employees have a blessed holiday season!

My first experience here was pretty good so I stuck with them. I wish I hadn’t. They don’t refill prescriptions, won’t answer the phone and when a transfer from another pharmacy doesn’t go through, there is no way to get ahold of them to fix it. Very trustrating.

The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the hassle I always go through with any type of insurance issues in pharmacy and techs never knowing how to fix it or thinking it’s my job to spend an hour on phone with insurance or doctor when that’s what they are paid for! Honestly though it’s always a new tech and I was a tech for years and know it’s because they are genuinely uneducated in the insurance side of pharmacy and that’s a cvs problem for not properly setting up a system that helps them when they don’t know the process or resolution and also they aren’t encouraged to learn because the pay isn’t worth it. That’s exactly why I quit, if you need yearly education and fees for licensing to have a job you should be paid an above average wage. I get frustrated because I get very sick without my medicine but I know I was in their shoes before. Sometimes as a new tech you also want to prove yourself so are embarrassed to ask for help, CVS do better helping the department that keep your company financially strong without them you wouldn’t exist!

The most unprofessional and rude service at this particular location!!! I was doing an order for uber, one of the workers was very nice to help me find the item that I needed, my only problem was that I wanted to checkout with an actual person instead of using the self checkout, so it wouldn’t look like I was on anything fraudulent. When I went up to the counter, on my right I told the other worker that I was just trying to check out for Uber, she then was asking me for a receipt in the most hostile way, I told her again that I’m checking out for Uber I kid you not I was not about to give this woman the energy she was looking for. This woman then gotten even worse and was being nasty towards me still talking about the damn receipt, so I ended up showing her my phone and told her that I need to to checkout and even when I showed the order to her she was looking at me stupid, but that’s when I realized that she wasn’t from here, she was an Ukrainian woman who barely knew how to speak proper English and top of that she was a very nasty and rude individual, so the young lady that was nice to me she ended up having to take over because of the Ukrainian woman stupidity, that’s when the woman told me I should have use self checkout and that she basically could not stand to work and do her job, I guess she now call herself making up an excuse for her being in the wrong.

First time writing a review but, felt I needed to do this. Yesterday I go in to get my prescription filled and I was greeted by associate with very terrible attitude to begin with, I understand being busy I work retail myself so I let it go at first. I told the female associate that I would like to wait she said " fine but you waiting at least an hour . I said an hour seem long for someone waiting she eyeballed me said A Hour !! She was just so rude , to add insult to the whole situation the associate was back there talking all kinds of negative stuff , the pharmacist did come and ask me if I needed help after standing at the counter for thirty minute and he seemed to tell associate to fill my prescription in total I was still there close to and hour and was horrified by how unprofessional my experience was while I was there. Again I do understand being busy and frustrated with being over worked and I would have gladly came back later in the day but I do not feel anyone deserves to be treated in this way.

This is the worst CVS in Slidell!!!!!! Not necessarily the staff but overall I strongly dislike their pharmacy!!! There's always a long wait in the drive thru and for some odd reason they can never find your prescriptions! Don't come here for meds if you don't have to!!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. CVS usually has good stores/pharmacies but this one is completely different. Awful customer service, absolutely the worst. I switched to this pharmacy about 7 months ago as it is close to my work and absolutely regret it. I will be switching to walgreens. Cannot believe the awful customer service the pharmacy has.
