When you see overall reviews of 3.5 you know you're dealing with the place that is highly subpar. For the first time living in Slidell in 20 years I tried this pharmacy. I committed the high crime of showing up one minute too late. An urgent need of supplies sworn infection The numerous people behind the counter who were closing demonstrated how proudly they were not going to help me. DO NOT use this pharmacy they do not care about you or your health and are the most self-centered arrogant bunch I've ever seen. What a travesty

Went through drive through. Pharmacy had 3 girls working. We waited 15 minutes before anyone addressed us then the girl could not have been more rude and sarcastic. I recommend moving your prescriptions

Literally have called 7 times and the automated system sucks, I cannot get A REAL PERSON on the phone and the fake ones keep hanging up on me. Twice it also auto hung up saying the line way busy and it wouldn't even start the recording.. The very last call I patiently pressed every correct response.. It said it was transferring me to someone who could help and then hung up.

My prescription has only been ready 1 time on-time. Most employees are reasonably polite, but 2 or 3 ladies appear to want to cause trouble for for everyone in line. Lots of times people are not feeling that well or have a family member ill or in the hospital but still treat the employees well. I should think cashiers should act in kind. I have found the pharmacy at the the grocery store with the initials W D is always VERY nice to everyone.

Worst pharmacy ever. Been there multiple times and the same thing every time. You drop off your script in drive thru and they ask you when you want to pick it up. I told them in two hours I will pick up. They said it would be ready. Actually I gave the three hours, when I went back, they just started to work on it. I had to wait 15 minutes. And there was very few people there at that time. If I would of told them that I would be back in six hours, it still wouldn't be rrady. They only start working on it when you come back. I have been to this pharmacy numerous times and same thing happens. Just don't understand why they are so unprofessional. I won't be going there for anything anymore.

Terrible attitude from the drive thru pharmacy window person. The girl was so rude that was checking me out. I will be changing to another pharmacy today. We Have been at CVS for years but the service has been going down and especially during this crazy time, people need to be more politeness and not rudeness. Bye to you CVS.

terrible service at the pharmacy. uninformative and unhelpful. i went yesterday to pick up my prescription and it wasn’t done. the lady at the window told me she would fast track it & it would only be 20-30 minutes. then i went back this morning and i can’t get it for another 2 days, all because they don’t know how to communicate with their customers about the situation at hand. then they wanted to treat my like i was illiterate and didn’t know anything at all. that i was talking nonsense over something THEIR employees told me.
