I switched to CVS because I thought nowhere could be worse than walgreens but, I was wrong. Most of the pharmacy staff and one pharmacist, in particular, is one of the the most hateful, rude people I've ever met. Her name is patrice woods sanchez and shes horrible. One star is being extremely generous. I wish I could say that it was a one time occasion because we all have bad days but, it is consistently terrible. Also, CVS advertises that you can purchase things like children's Motrin at the drive thru when dropping off prescriptions but the staff refused to sell me a bottle when my 4yo daughter had a double ear infection and I was dropping off her prescription for antibiotics. She was screaming in pain and I had to drag my sick child and her twin brother inside with me because "they don't stock medicine for drive thru" even tho there is a huge sign at the drive thru advertising that as an option.

CVS pharmacist on Brownswitch- RUDE & RACIST. The is the third time I have tried to go back but there bc it is the most convenient but she yelled at me again. She is so miserable - I wish they would replace her. She literally ruined my day she was so ugly.
I’ve talked to several people who’ve left Brownswitch Pharmacy because of her, but it seems like nothing ever gets done. Guess I’ll be going back to Gause

Stopped in to check on a prescription for my son. Had one black lady who seem to not want to provide customer service. Talking to an older lady in a combative tone. Decided to transfer my son's prescription to one of the caring pharmacy. CVS is always mixing up prescription. Also delivering less quantity and charging for full quantity and not giving the remainder. Pitiful...they apparently hire rejects...Will not return and advise anyone to check your prescription before leaving. Going to report CVS to FTC.

The worst CVS I have ever been to. The location is dirty and nasty. The pharmacy personnel are extremely rude. The "manager" Mrs. Sanchez is rude and miserable person to deal with. Worst customer service, I wouldn't even let her manage a Popeyes in a bad neighborhood. No wonder this CVS location has low ratings and customer base. Went to another CVS down the road, much better no hassle. People were nice and helpful. CVS should retrain the pharmacy manager Mrs. Patrice Sanchez and correct her attitude when dealing with customers. Is it worth losing a CVS store to keep an incompetent pharmacy manager with no customer relation skills?

Most ghetto and inadequate staff; including the pharmacist that claims to be a doctor. I'd love to see her $29.99 "doctorate" degree. Called herself a doctor. No ma'am; you count pills for a living. Don't waste your time with these sub par employees. Typical Slidell hood rats.

I was able to drive from New Orleans to Slidell and no one in Pharmacy ever answered the phone. I called the store on another line to see what was going on and a lady in customer service said they were swamped. I stay on hold and continue to drive only to get here and they are NOT busy. Terrible customer service and phone skills.

The service is not good. After you are treated rudely 3 or 4 months in row, of course I would tell other customers in line the way CVS pharmacist treat their customers and yall did not disappoint ? yall told me to leave and use another pharmacy in a rude way of course lol while all this was taken place the very brave manager did what he did the last 3 times and hid in his office....great customer service yall ?

We’ll refund the full purchase price — no questions asked!Above is the policy for CVS....I went in to return a product (receipt in hand) and was told that the item I was returning was not sold at the Brownswitch location so I had to return it to the original store. I had no time to go back and forth with the pregnant staff member. CVS needs to make sure that everyone is on the same page to ensure that satisfaction is truly guaranteed for the customer. I ended up going to the Gause location to return and had no issues!

I’ve been using this pharmacy & store for convenience since I moved to Slidell a few months ago.The pharmacists have helped to get me the best price when I’ve used GoodRX & the store manager is always so friendly! I see him almost every time I have to run in for something & he always asks if I need help with anything.(As someone who goes in there at least once a week, I’ve never had an unpleasant experience & find everyone to be really nice at this location!)
