Wonderful facility, conveniently located on the back aide of the old mall on the northshore. Easy access to get in doors with the app, hallways are always clean and has lots of carts for moving items. Lisa in the office is the best and has always provided top notch customer service, would highly recommend!

This building is ACTUALLY temperature controlled. Not like others that say temperature controlled, but are actually maintained around 85 degrees. I believe looking at the thermostats they were set to 75 which made me confident that my historic instruments would not crack or warp.
It's also pretty neat that it's in an old mall. Interesting to look up at the ceilings of the previous store that it now inhabits.
