About Exxon
Exxon is a family-owned gas station that offers quick and friendly service with reasonable gas prices and a wide entrance and exit. Customers appreciate the good inventory inside and the variety of products available, including the only place to buy certain tobacco brands. The station features a hit plate lunch and is open to special requests from customers. However, some issues have been noted, such as the air pump not working properly and being out of CO2 for drinks. Service has improved after past complaints about employee attitudes. One downside is the extra charge for using the Exxon credit card, which is not the case with competitors like Chevron. Overall, Exxon is seen as a clean, accessible, and customer-focused place that continues to improve.
