AVOID AT ALL COST ⚠️ if you care about your time. Only go here if you have absolutely nothing else to do with your day. Currently waiting here going on 4 hours ? for a simple oil change after being told it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait. 4 HOURS… for an OIL CHANGE?! I highly recommend a Take 5 or literally anywhere else. I got here at exactly 9:45 am , it is now 1 pm?!?!

Got a flat tire on a roadtrip and they were able to see us right away (an hour before closing!) It only took about 20 minutes total and $30 to get the tire inspected, patched, and filled, which was great because we were on a time crunch to get to a tour we had reserved, and we did end up making it just in time! We also had them do a brake inspection the next morning, which they did for free in about an hour. Thanks to the Slidell Firestone team for quick and thorough auto care to get us back on the road with minimal delay.

Excellent shop. Had my truck in for an alignment after some front end work and a set of tires. They got it done in great time. The alignment is not perfect, the steering wheel is still cocked to the left slightly, but the truck needs more front end work, so there could be a bit of play here and there. It drives straight and smooth, so Im pleased with that for a nearly 20 year old truck with 170k on the clock. The staff I spoke to was awesome and not pushy about needed repairs. They emailed an inspection report. I'll be back for more work soon no doubt. You cannot beat Firestone's lifetime alignment service! Thanks yall

They sold me tires a couple years ago, but could not do a front end alignment. They don't have a rack that can do a truck with a 172" wheelbase.
They should remove complete from their
"Complete Autocare Center" sign.

they were terrible. we had an appointment set up for a tire rotation at 1pm. my car was there for 2 hours and it never got touched. the service person said first come first serve. so why in the world is there appointments. so we called the one in Mandeville, Louisiana and they said appointments come first walk ins will have to wait. so go to Mandeville and not Slidell because they are terrible and you will have to wait till midnight ?

Outstanding customer service! We picked up a screw in our tire leaving New Orleans and stopped in to get it plugged. Unfortunately the damage was too severe and the tire had to be replaced. Alex was very accommodating understanding of our situation and had us fixed up and back on the road quickly! Highly recommended!
