Jesse and John were very helpful to help me find a vehicle right away. And when I got home I checked the oil and found out it was low I called and they told me they would take care of it and they did. Awesome sauce!!! If you were looking for a great car for a great price look no further Fleet lease resale.

I probably bought the worst car off the lot i knew it and so did jessie we negotiated a fair price and i am very happy with the service i received. i can always respect full transparency when buying a used car especially one in that condition. i dont know how they handle a car that actually is worth it but when buying my 'new' broken car he handled it perfect thank you guys! i might stop buy when i get my car running!

Don’t buy a car from these people! Still waiting to hear back from the owner.... I was told he’d call me. Almost 3 months later and NOTHING! I have had $4,700 worth of work done to a car I bought from this place. You should be shut down!!!

I tried to give it no stars but this was the only way I could tell people what garbage they are. I bought an SUV from them in September, well, on my way home (7 miles away) it broke down, over heated. They came and picked it up and said they were going to fix it, well, almost 2 months later, they changed their mind and said they're not going to do anything. They pretty much stole 2,000 dollars from me.

This was my first time buying a car from a non dealer lot and the experience was awesome. No gimmicks, guys were helpful, knowledgeable, straight to the point, and I didn't have to spend hours at the dealership. Would definitely recommend getting a used car here.

I guess I should've read the reviews before purchasing a car from here. I recently bought a 2009 Pontiac Gt from this lot a little over a month ago. After going car shopping for a loooong time, we found this lot. They offered us a good deal on the car and the car salesman really did SEEM like a nice and trustworthy person. We noticed one of the headlights was out before we drove the car home. He got his "mechanic" to come and look and it, he put it back in place long enough for us to make it home. When we got home we checked it out and noticed the bulb connector was completely burnt out. About two weeks later we noticed the car overheating. Then it just completely stopped running. I also bought a completely pointless warranty that the dealer told me would cover everything. He also told me a bunch of other stuff he doesn't recall either.. haha. When I called him up and told him about the problems we were having, he told me to bring it into any GM dealership and the warranty would cover anything wrong. When I brought the car in, I was told the radiator had a large crack in it causing leaking and overheating and that it had to be replaced and that the warranty I was sold was completely pointless. I called the dealer and told him what they said and he just basically told me "well that's what happens when you buy a used car." Then after getting my dad to call his manager, they said they would order me another radiator and install it. We called them at the end of the week and they said the radiator was in and told me to bring my car in Saturday morning and it would be ready Saturday night. So I woke up Saturday morning at like 9:00am, drove 45 minutes to this car lot in a car that has a messed up radiator which requires me to put water in it every 20 minutes, and when I get there the dealer walks outside and asks me if I'm dropping my car off, then tells me it will be ready maybe by Monday since its Easter Weekend. THE SAME GUY THAT SAID IT WOULD BE READY SATURDAY. Their mechanic was no where to be found apparently. After wasting our time snd money trying to get the car to Slidell, he comes outside and says, "you can just take the radiator with you and hopefully you have someone to help you put it in." When my boyfriend answered, "well you guys were suppose to be our help." He got offended and started running his mouth. So I had to get my dad to pick up the NEW radiator for my RECENTLY PURCHASED VEHICLE, and now they're in the driveway installing it. LOL don't purchase a car from here unless you wanna do mechanic work after. They're a joke. Don't believe a thing they say. They won't remember anything they tell you anyways.

If you're considering to buy a car here, be sure to bring a mechanic with you to go over the engine. We purchased a 2012 small car here and after driving 30 minutes back to New Orleans, we experienced some over heating issues. We popped the hood up to find the fuse powering the radiator fan had been missing causing the thermostat and water pump to go out. Engines in a used vehicle should be thoroughly checked over before sold to a customer. A car should not break down 30 minutes after driving it off the lot. I have basic mechanic knowledge, but not enough electrical skill to identify if a fuse is missing. That's on them. It seems this problem was possibly known about as the coolant reservoir was full with water, and not coolant. This may have been an issue that was being ignored and may seem someone kept filling up the coolant reservoir to ignore the overheating problem. Who knows. This is just an absolutely ridiculous condition to sell a car in and not advise the customer of a potential minor issue that turned into a larger one. Other than this issue, the car is in great condition and very clean for a reasonable price. Although we got a "good deal" on it, a customer should expect a newly purchased vehicle to last longer than 30 minutes without experiencing an issue and to consider this actually being a good deal. Don't worry the new tires they threw on should make you feel better when the engine over heats, totally ok! Bring a mechanic with you if you decide to purchase through this place.

I went here looking for a bigger vehicle to fit my children in...and these people will try to sell you everything on the lot... Stupidly I bought a van from fleet lease and I drove it on the interstate and it started making noise well then I got the vehicle home I drove it maybe four times and now it will not start. I tried to sell it and no one will buy it because its mileage is "unknown" on the carfax report it also had 3 owners and fleet lease told me there was only one owner...they lied and I called them and they never returned my call...DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!
