This individual is not to be trusted. First of all, he is not knowledgeable. Second, to add insult to injury, very unprofessional. He took our money for a part for our washing machine that supposedly was the incorrect fix that he never explained in what way. Supposedly refunded our money on a debit card. He quickly printed a bogus receipt from his hand-held printer without taking my card back, saying “look, there’s the refund”, pointing to the receipt and hauled-tailed it fast out the door. Several days later-still no refund or returned calls—then I noticed the receipt he gave us says “CASH refund.” So I looked up the receipt online and saw it is only the color version, which shows the cash refund amount in green, showing it already took place. No wonder no return calls! So of course i find it all disturbing.Had to track him down after giving him funds for the part to begin with on the first visit. He then showed up after twice calling him to return to us to supposedly bring the correct part, which “did not work”. The entire time he pretended to work on it—pulling it apart then putting it back together, about 20 min. Then did not tell us WHY it didn’t work.This is an edit to Mr Fournett’s reply—2 weeks later on 6/21–I still have yet to receive my refund after HAVING TRIED to call him back with no answer and “mailbox full” messages. I WORK HARD HONESTLY for MY money—enough to not have it stolen. This tells me his intentions are not honorable. Do NOT DO “BUSINESS” with this person!Service: Washing machine repair

I have Been back and forth with this company they came out to fix my fridge well they never actually fixed my fridge so for over a month I have Been fighting with them to get my money back. They never answer the phone or call back!Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

I call Fournett Repairs because my dryer was not get hot. my appointment was the next day between 1-3 Jerreau text me at 10am and said he is on his way to my home, my dryer is working now. We recently experienced an issue with our washing machine. We requested maintenance through a third party servicer for a 5pm appointment, a lady called us to request a different date and time due to the third party service not communicating requests in a timely manner. As requested by the woman, we scheduled another appt for the following day at 6pm only to not have anyone show up or call and let us know they weren’t coming. We called at 7pm to let them know they were a no call no show and had to leave a voicemail. We called back again today around lunch and no one answered so another voicemail was left. This company has poor communication skills and is very unprofessional.

This guy did one job well......repaired the dryer promptly but the job of repairing the stove was handled terribly and by terrible i'm referring to no show, no answer , no response of any kind. A service in which he was paid for and he stated was fixed but worked for only 2 hours after his service. He did not answer after being informed his service did not fix the service we paid for, the stove . He was disappointing on many levels unfortunately although i held out hope ....to no avail !
