Of all the vendors I do business with, Brian and Todd at gas and supply are THE. BEST. They are always so helpful and almost bending over backwards to make sure our needs are met within their policies. Polite, friendly, and helpful at all times!!! These guys cannot lead you wrong. I don't know another vendor in the same industry that meets the same standard.Thank you guys for all that you do!!!

You've lost out on numerous refills because you claim your insurance company won't let you sell to people in cars. Are you sure that's not for tanks that hold more pressure?Look, Slidell has more people than Covington, and Wesco out there says they'd have a riot if they said what you did. I think you're just wrong. I think you don't understand your own regulations. I mean national highway safety doesn't say not to drive with CO2.You're losing money and making people more reliant on businesses other than your own. Idk what else to tell you, but there's no way what you're saying is accurate. Otherwise I'd have heard of this in the 10 years I've been doing this with other businesses.

These guys are amazing. They have been nothing but helpful with every inquiry and project I have brought to them over the years. More recently, I had some trouble with a brand new welding machine I had purchased from them. They sent it out to the manufacturer to take a look and it turned out there were no problems. The issues were coming from my building. Although, the problems came from my end, they took care of it anyway and also asked the manufacturer NOT to charge me because they knew me and I am a frequent customer. They really stepped in and went above and beyond. I can't express enough how much I appreciate our local guys here at this store. They exemplify exactly why I prefer to shop local.

I’ll admit I’m a hobbyist but I recently upgraded to a new bigger machine so I’m doing bigger projects. I brought my small bottle of mixed co2 in to exchange after having it for a year. I wanted to upgrade to a bigger bottle but was told that I can’t do that I have to put a new deposit down for a bigger bottle even though I brought a smaller bottle that still had the name of the store on it. I was told I needed my receipt to show I got it from that location which after a year I didn’t. I was in a pinch so I just went back with the smaller bottle but after a month I’m now out of gas. The employee who got the bottle for me was extremely nice but this 1star is for the manager guy who told me this policy. I’m gonna take the loss and try and find another company for my gas.

Wonderful place. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They have been on business for over 40 yrs that I know of and more. If they don't have what you are looking for they will order it. They make sure students get a discount to make it affordable. Thank you.

We use this place as a vendor for our welding needs, generally order from them bi weekly or so. Dropped by to pick up a pre placed order. Arrived to a nearly empty store (1 customer and 3 employees) was not aknowledged by any of the employees. Other customers that the employees seemed to be more familiar with arrived a while after i had been in the store and were all both aknowledged and served ahead of me.

After going there for years, they told me I had to put down a NEW bottle deposit, even though I brought an empty with me. I told 'em I had put down a deposit back in '06, and had been there for refills ever since. Owner said "show me the receipt". I said "here's the empty bottle". I'll never go back there. Oh, twice over the years they sold me empty bottles. When I ask that they be weighed the new bottles, they are always "offended". Do NOT go here!
