BEWARE SCAM! Took my vehicle in and asked them to do three things. After having my vehicle for two days, they didn't do anything I asked olbut did try and tell me other issues that were wrong with the vehicle. They also managed to give me my vehicle back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. When I went to start my vehicle it didn't want to start, which had not been an issue. The engine light is now on and come to find out now has four codes, that were not present when dropping off. As I'm driving down the street, the vehicle is not acting right. As I get on the highway, the steering wheel is shaking and the vehicle is pulling hard to the right, again it was not doing any of this when I dropped it off. I stopped at a gas station and noticed the two front tires are heavy worn. The vehicle just had four new tires put on. I contacted the store manager to inform him someone had swapped out two of my new tires and that the vehicle was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Unfortunately, he didn't care.

Popped in to see if I could throw Goodyear a few bucks to air up the tires in my parents' car, which were all quite low on pressure. Joy was in the office and said she'd be happy to put some air in the tires at no charge. I offered to pay, but she wouldn't hear of it. While she aired them up, she gave them a quick little inspection and made some helpful observations and passed along some recommendations given what I told her about their driving frequency and income. Very friendly and professional, never mind super helpful. Joy rocks!

I brought my car in for a tire allignment and paid over $100 noticed my vehicle was still pulling to the right so I brought it back in. I guess the guy that did the allignments was pissed because he had to actually go to work when he got to work that morning because he had the most disgusting attitude when finished and was coming back in he started saying there was nothing wrong with my car and how about keeping my hands on the steering wheel and maybe it wont pull to the guy at the front desk. He didnt realize i was in the lobby and the owner of the vehicle. The desk guy who was super sweet through my entire transaction showed me there was indeed corrections made and apologized for his ignorance, but That was my first and last visit. Maybe if he would've gotten the job done right the first time I wouldn't have had to go back a second and him have to work

Professional, kind and experienced. Brody and Craig went above and beyond for us during our experience. We had payment issues and even though it was a stressful and embarrassing situation, they were kind, helpful and reserved any judgement. I would 100% go back and use this specific location just for them. I cannot sing their praises enough.

We were on our way from Texas to Florida and had tire issues. Vincent and Kyle stayed after they closed to repair two tires. They were so nice and SAVED our vacation! BEST SERVICE EVER!

The Goodyear at Fremaux Town Center is my go to place for tires, maintenance and repairs. They are friendly, reliable and provide great service. I had a punctured tire and needed it replaced, along with a check engine light on. The KIA dealership wanted over $300 just to diagnose the problem. The Goodyear crew diagnosed the code for a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend their services. 10/10
