Fitness & Gyms in Slidell, LA

“Something about Louisiana Anytimes just hit different. The fantastic gym in Baton Rouge, and now this hidden gem in Slidell. Here for work and if you've followed me at all you know I review gyms. This gym isn't perfect, but it's pretty damn close. Met the owner, bubba, and he was polite and super friendly. Talked about other gyms and then carried on. Now most anytimes have precor. Not the best equipment around but thank God it's not matrix. He has all hammer strength and life fitness. Which is amazing mostly because he has three life fitness arc trainers. If you haven't used them, they look intimidating but they are by far the best cardio machine around. All the benefits of elliptical and running without the stress on knees/hips. You need to do yourself favor and check them out. Upstairs, here. Gym is clean. Not spotless but it's a gym. Have to appreciate a little stuff here and there. Most everything is maintained well. There is some spirding webbing on some benches and the precor cable machine upstairs has a hitch in it. But honestly all I saw that wasn't amazing. Layout is also great. It's pretty obvious he has a few gyms because the flow is good. I'll be in Slidell again, soon, and will be coming back here. You should already becoming here if you are close.”

“I just transferred from a location out of state and I will say that I was thoroughly impressed with the Slidell PF. When I checked in today I let them know that this was my first time in this PF and that I had just transferred. Bobbi was awesome! She gave me a quick tour and got me exactly where I needed to go. After being in the Planet Fitness community for for a few years, this was one of the best experiences. The gym is clean neat and very well kept. Glad this is my new home location.”

“Great workout experience. The staff is friendly, and they do a great job of keeping the place clean and up to date. The saunas' heat helps with sore muscles, improved flexibility, and sweating out toxins.”

“The doctor girl that's doing the acupuncture is very good however I'm still in bed a lot of pain and I can't find a doctor that really cares enough to try and find out what's wrong with me. I have been hurting in my right side for 9 months and is really trying to find out anything. It's very cruel..I feel like I have been shot in the stomach all the time.. can't get any help...”
