“Something about Louisiana Anytimes just hit different. The fantastic gym in Baton Rouge, and now this hidden gem in Slidell. Here for work and if you've followed me at all you know I review gyms. This gym isn't perfect, but it's pretty damn close. Met the owner, bubba, and he was polite and super friendly. Talked about other gyms and then carried on. Now most anytimes have precor. Not the best equipment around but thank God it's not matrix. He has all hammer strength and life fitness. Which is amazing mostly because he has three life fitness arc trainers. If you haven't used them, they look intimidating but they are by far the best cardio machine around. All the benefits of elliptical and running without the stress on knees/hips. You need to do yourself favor and check them out. Upstairs, here. Gym is clean. Not spotless but it's a gym. Have to appreciate a little stuff here and there. Most everything is maintained well. There is some spirding webbing on some benches and the precor cable machine upstairs has a hitch in it. But honestly all I saw that wasn't amazing. Layout is also great. It's pretty obvious he has a few gyms because the flow is good. I'll be in Slidell again, soon, and will be coming back here. You should already becoming here if you are close.”
“Coach Rich is very knowledgeable, patient and attentive to all the ages of wrestlers. My son's confidence has grown tremendously over the past season. And also a huge thank you to all the coaches like Big JJ, Keith, Mo, Brent and all the local wrestlers that take time out of their day to coach and mentor these kids. A Huge THANK YOU!!!”
“The doctor girl that's doing the acupuncture is very good however I'm still in bed a lot of pain and I can't find a doctor that really cares enough to try and find out what's wrong with me. I have been hurting in my right side for 9 months and is really trying to find out anything. It's very cruel..I feel like I have been shot in the stomach all the time.. can't get any help...”

“I want to give a shoutout to Amanda Mamo for her outstanding customer service and commitment to gym members. During my workout, I couldn't find the dip belt anywhere in the gym. Amanda took the time to search for it herself, but unfortunately, it couldn't be located. When I mentioned that I would just purchase my own, she immediately encouraged me not to and assured me that she would have a replacement ordered right away.
It's refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about the member experience and takes ownership of resolving issues instead of simply brushing them off. Amanda's professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to helping members are greatly appreciated. Thank you for going above and beyond!
