It's a great for tools your going to use once or not so often. If your going to use a tool the wrong way, buy the harbor freight version till you can learn to use it properly or get training or you can do better. Either way I've tortured the tools they sell and they all still work to this day. Had a nail gun 12 years now, dropped it off several roofs, still works like new. This aint snap on, it didn't hurt to buy it so it aint going to hurt if they break, u can afford three for the price of one elsewhere. Love the staff too, they're always helpful.

Went to the harbor freight store.1555 Gause Blvd Suite A, Slidell, LA 70458Where I probably spent over $2,500 already this year alone.God knows how much over the last 10 years from California to Arizona.Been ITC member the whole time.It was between 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.Was Going in to spend $1,100 today.Was going to buy a Yukon 46 inch 9 drawer mobile workstation and all the new Quinn line tools to fill it up.I went in the store looking for one.I passed one by didn't notice it there.Saw one of the workers asked him what colors he had in the 46-in Yukon he said come with me took me in the warehouse and pointed and said I have gray red white black and I said well I'll take the gray he told me to pull around the back was I going to check out immediately tell him no I'm going to shop a minute for some tools and then I would check out.When I went to the front desk to pay I showed the coupon for its on sale and the girl goes we don't have that in Gray and I go he the gentleman in the warehouse just told me it's in Gray she goes well we don't have that in Greg okay I'm going to go back and see what colors you have and the store floor girl goes.well we have one right here.We don't have one in Gray you don't know what you're talking about.So I walked over and I said well then I'll take one in blue and I said I like I'm going to go in the back and look at the blue color then another girl standing there on the floor of the store screams across the store you're not going anywhere in the warehouse just tell us what color you want.I looked at her and I said well I'm dealing with the store manager she goes well I'm the warehouse manager and you're not going in my warehouse just tell me what color you want yelling across the store while the customers just looked in disbelief at this womanI told her I was dealing with the store manager and once again she screamed at me just tell us what color you want and we'll get it.So at that point I said I want blue and after about a minute went by I thought about it and I said no I will not be talked to this way I will not be treated this way after all the money I have spent in these stores.First of all why is a warehouse manager on the store floor telling anybody anything when she should be in the warehouse where she belongs she probably got put in there because she's not a people person.The other floor girl that talked to me rudely needs to be retrained and the warehouse manager needs to be somewhere where they don't deal with customers or fired.You can take my ITC membership and cancel it because I will no longer step into any of your stores I will go spend my money elsewhere.
