The manager was very rude. I wanted to buy 2pair of kids Jordan's and I had to hunt someone down for help. As I checked out, I specifically told the staff that this was a gift, and asked if I could bring them back for a different size if they didn't fit. My kids tried them on once, inside the house, and they were a tad too small. When I tried to bring them back they told me no, that they had been worn. After a 15minute argument, she finally swapped them out. I go here for all of my shoes because they are close. But never again. Everytime I go here I have a problem. The lady that manages that store is far from professional. She looked like she just woke up with her sweats and hair bonnet on. Rude a d ghetto.

Will not be back to the Slidell Hibbett and suggest all Military and Veterans to do the same after me and my husband's experience today. A little over a week ago I spent almost 600 on the Jordan's 11, and a entire Jordan outfit fit my husband as a Christmas gift. The jacket and pants had to be ordered due to it not being in the store. I asked the manager that if I could bring it back if the pants couldn't fit and she said yes. A week later I returned to pick up the outfit which she gave it to me directly out of the shipping box into the bag where I gave it to my husband yesterday for Christmas. Today the 26th we went to return the pants and the manager dressed in a bonnets and sweat pants very rude and unpleasant refused to exchange or refund. First she told my husband that it was due to a stain. I went back with the pants and told her that the stain did not come from us that it looked like it came that way out if the box. But t You can barely see a stain. I took every piece off the racknd showed her that all were stained. Then she said, due to the tag which the tag was in the bag and was ripped off due to opening e bag . But the receipt was there in plain site.

I will not be back to a Hibbett Sports after my experience today. Went to this store today to buy a pack of Nike socks. The socks had a price tag that said $22.00. The associate rang them up, and the price said $28 before tax. I did not realize this until I was walking to the car. I came back inside and let them know that I was charged the wrong price, and I was immediately met with an attitude from the woman inside. She told me that they mark up the prices for the holidays, and that they don’t have time to change the tags on every item. I think that is absolutely ridiculous, but I told her it was fine and that I would just accept my money back to go elsewhere. The man in the store was super helpful and gave me the socks at the original price. To raise the price of socks a whole $6 for Christmas and expect customers to pay over the listed retail price is ridiculous, and I will not be shopping here again after this experience.

On 11-22-23 I made a large purchase at the hibbett sports in Huntsville Alabama an the service there was great but a few of the items We’re not the correct size I needed so I decided to stop at the Slidell location located at 121 Northshore Blvd. on my way back to New Orleans to make an exchange on 11-24-2023 so I entered the store walked around to see if they had the size I needed i than walked over the cashier to make the Exchangebut I didn’t have the receipt for one of the items I had in the bag because I made multiple purchases so when the cashier said one of my items wasn’t on the receipt so that’s when the store manager Elizabeth overheard her Elizabeth immediately walked over and accuse me of stealing one of the items that I paid for at the Huntsville location she never asked if I had another receipt are thing she just automatically assume I stole the items she didn’t walk away towards the back of the store to call someone to run the cameras back to see if I stole the items she than return to the counter an told the cashier that the camera did not show me putting anything in my bag she never apologize I asked her for her name she refused to give me any information saying she doesn’t have to give me her name all I need to know is that she’s the store manager just a rude and nasty person that was one of the most embarrassing moment of my life To be called a thief in front of other customers I was so embarrassed an people shouldn’t be treated like that when they’re spending they hard earned money in your business Elizabeth should be fired immediately she has too many bad reviews to still be employed with Hibbetts

I always shopped at Hibbett sports faithfully since 2012. I used to wait in the rain, cold, and I don't like how I never win a raffle. Please help me win the raffle for the Jordan 11 gratitude's. Size 10 please I'm begging .

I was traveling and pass passing by this location so I decided to buy a jacket online and pick up I was greeted by a woman the store was open doors were open but she told me she couldn’t assist me until 2 hours and for me to leave and have a nice day with an atttitude just about screaming at me . Being that I was on vacation I didn’t want any problems I told her I just needed to pick up something I already purchased . That’s the only reason I didn’t leave because I had already purchased it and I was leaving to continue traveling . The lady was the most rude and ignorant employee I’ve ever seen . Even after her attitude I was still talkin nicely to her because I just needed my jacket . I had to wait 2 hours their and backtrack my traveling to wait on a jacket that was ready to be picked up but being denied to me until 2 hours I got their at 10 they open at ten didn’t receive it until 12 . Very horrible place don’t waste your time here if u don’t want problems with the people in there .the ladies name is as Elizabeth . Just very very rude and nasty person.

On Saturday, my BF went in Hibbett in Slidell to buy a pair of shoes that we won on the raffle. The young lady would not sale him the shoe. Even tho he had the email, the ID & me on FaceTime to ensure her that it was me. I was at work & couldn’t get there in time to get them myself. I then took a lunch break early to buy the shoe & asked why was that a problem because we do this all the time. I even called other Hibbetts just to see if something had changed. She came off with an attitude as soon as I asked the question. We went back & forth with verbal exchange, I paid for my shoes & attempted to walk out with the box in hand. She wanted to jumped from behind the counter to put the box in a bag. I said I didn’t need a bag. That was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had with Hibbett.

I went to Hibbett sports today on October the 27th with my girlfriend. We were immediately met with an unnecessary attitude when asking a question about a pair of shoes. Her name was Elizabeth. it was around 1pm when we visited the store. She made one smart remark after another until I asked her if she was alright because I'm sensing a lot of attitude. My girlfriend had To calm me down. I was prepared to buy several pairs of shoes, but there is no way I was spending money in that store. This was unnecessary and unacceptable.I believe she is the manager in doing further research.

Worst experience ever!! Elizabeth is a nightmare of a person, I don't know who thought it was a smart business decision to put her in a customer facing role, much less a position of management. She was rude, disrespectful, and frankly about as "ratchet" as they come. I see why she was alone in the store, as I can't imagine anyone would want to work under or along side her, much less be a customer. The woman presented herself like she just got out, all her life she had to struggle, and she wanted to fight. Seriously advise all to proceed with caution, as she'll make you leave with more then just debit card charges.

Dude was really patient; as many shoes I wanted to try on he went and got for me. The only problem is they didn’t have my size in the tennis I really wanted; however, they can order them if needed be.
