I have not had a good experience buying my first vehicle even though it was used I was so excited I love the vehicle the vehicle ran great for the first 10 days had to bring a back to Honda had it checked out five different occasions and they told me that the vehicle was fine the fifth time I brought the vehicle back they told me everything was good made it on the opposite side of the river and the car went out on me after I left the service department that day I had to get my car towed to Nissan which was the closest service department to me I call Honda informed Honda what was going on with my vehicle Nissan checked out the vehicle gave me the paperwork told me what was wrong with the car i spoke with someone at Honda send them the paperwork stating what was wrong with the vehicle the person I spoke with told me they were going to get back with me ASAP I kept sending messages no response so Honda want to head and use my warranty to get the car fixed now the engine went out on the vehicle Honda is not taking any responsibility for them selling me this vehicle the way it was all I’m trying to do is get them to add to at least fix the core of trade my car and give me something else they need to step up I don’t know who I need to speak with so now I am looking into getting a attorney If anyone know who I can speak with concerning my situation please leave a message

Salesman Raja was very nice and helpful! So happy that I went back to Honda to purchase my vehicle. My 3 Rd vehicle in a row bought from Honda of Slidell, great used cars with no trouble, buying again due to a wreck.

Happy New Year!!!I recently purchased a brand new 2024 Honda Civic from Honda of Slidell and had a great experience. As a college student and Navy Veteran, I appreciated the care and attention I received from Tony Hammer, my sales representative. Tony took the time to understand my needs and budget as a student. He worked hard to find me the best deal with a very low monthly payment and low interest rate. I didn't have to put any money down and was able to drive away in a brand new Honda Civic that fits my lifestyle perfectly and saves a ton of money on gas. Tony and the whole team at Honda of Slidell provided 5-star customer service from Sales to Finance. They made the car buying process easy and hassle-free. Recently purchased a 2024 Honda Pilot Sport in Slidell with Andrew Gilkeson , and I can't praise the dealership and their salesperson enough. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The salesperson was incredibly communicative, understanding my needs and finding the perfect car at a competitive price. Unlike other nearby dealerships they were transparent. Highly recommend Slidell Honda for an excellent buying experience!

You've found it!I've put in the effort on your behalf. I've been to four other Honda dealers—Honda of Harvey, Royal Honda, Premier Honda, and so on—and I can tell without a doubt that Honda of Slidell is the best place to buy! Ask for Raj; he ensured that all of my inquiries were addressed and was incredibly patient and informed. They provided easier and more affordable car buying than any other dealership in this wild market. Did I also mention that, unlike other dealerships, they do not impose a $3000 market adjustment value?Thanks a bunch, y’all!

Chris was my service agent that managed the maintenance care for all three of my vehicles (over a four day period). He has polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about my concerns, time restraints, and the costs. I returned with tire pressure indicator light on 1 week later. Chris had it corrected and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I feel comfortable in returning with my vehicles in the future and asking for Chris’s assistance.

Very friendly customer service and convenient as far as the online inspection report/additional service approval goes. However each time I come here, I’ll drop my car off and a few hours will go by with no updates, so I usually have to call them myself. With just an oil change you can expect it to take at least a few hours. I got some additional services, so in total my car was there from 10:30am-5:30pm. I called them myself around 1pm after not hearing any updates and again around 5pm. Just be careful if you’re trying to make other plans on the same day, it could end up being an all-day thing!

We scheduled for a drop off for an entertainment issue and found out there was a recall on it. The service staff (Jenny) was very informative and courteous and was able to get our car in for service immediately. The car was done in a timely manner and we were updated with the progress during service which a great addition to servicing our car! Our issue was fixed and it was a breeze throughout this whole process! We will definitely be back for future services.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Honda of Slidell. They advertised tempting prices online, but upon arrival the numbers increased significantly. This misrepresentation/bait & switch maneuver left me feeling misled & frustrated. Additionally, the employees were dismissive & showed no respect towards my concern and they lacked empathy & understanding. I felt deceived and taken advantage of the entire process. I expected a more respectful and transparent approach. While the car itself was satisfactory, the overall experience was extremely undesirable. I would strongly advise customers to exercise caution & clarify ALL terms/numbers before concluding business with Honda of Slidell.
